The property had a homely welcome feel, the bed was a good size and the mattress was the most comfortable I had slept on during times away from home. The property has a rear entrance to the parking spaces which is ideal with luggage.

Gid and Iza were exceptional hosts, helping us and giving us great advice before, during, and even after our stay. It's not often that the hosts make such a difference but this was truly the case. The room was comfortable and the view was great. Location was perfect - just a few blocks away from the center of Betws y Coed.

Very friendly, helpful owners. Made us feel at home, gave a lot of suggestions for places to see and explore in north wales. Property was beautiful, well maintained and very clean. Allocated parking was a big plus. Great location, right at the heart of Betswy Coed. Could see the afon from our room, and hear the sounds of cute lambs and sheep 🐑 . Would definitely stay here again if am planning another trip by this side.

We have a firm mattress at home and firm pillows, our mattress felt a little bit soft but it did not effect our stay in any way.

A beautiful dining room, all very thoughtfully set out for guests, cereal , yoghurts, fruit available with fresh juice. The cooked breakfast was hot, used local produce, beautifully presented and a generous serving. A choice of various coffees or tea.

Nothing really there isn't anything here that I think you could complain about or dislike.

The owners were really lovely and made you feel instantly welcome. Very clear checking in and out instructions. Location, facilities and pretty much everything (except the weather) was fantastic. We would definitely stay again.

What can we say, it was such a lovely place, location. Room was outstanding. Breakfast was gorgeous and the hosts were amazing, so friendly, welcoming and warm. And nothing was a problem for them and were so knowledgeable of the places to visit which were great. I would highly recommend staying here and we are looking forward to our next stay which we hope wont be too long. Great value for money . Had such a great time and wouid highly recommend staying there . Thankyou

Breakfast was unavailable 2 mornings but there was a very good reason for this and it did not spoil any aspect of the stay.

Overall a very comfortable Guest house. Very convenient location in Betws Y Coed. It was very quiet. Enough amenities in the room. Only had breakfast 1 morning and that was lovely. Host was very helpful for the queries I had. Would recommend it.

It was in a great location near all the pubs, restaurants and cafes. The rooms were lovely and clean, and provided with coffee, tea, biscuits etc. The owners were really nice and welcoming with great communication.

Bed was a bit small for 6”2 person but really comfy!

Central location, great parking, easy access and check in, really friendly hosts, super quiet at night! Quaint, Victorian feel! Very cute!

Car park was small with steep steps up from the house. Our family room didn’t have much storage space.

We thought Gidon was great. Location close to the centre, bus stops and train station couldn’t be bettered.

The location was fantastic, and the breakfast was amazing. The TV in my room didn't work, but Gid got it sorted and swapped it for another. For the inconvenience, they didn't charge me for breakfast.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was bright and airy. The bed was super comfortable!! Loved the extra little surprises we got when we arrived. Hosts/owners were lovely. Will definitely be staying here again :)

The room we stayed in was comfortable, spacious and nicely designed. Despite being above the road, noise was surprisingly minimal and the view was incredible. The location is perfect as all village amenities are easily accessible as are beautiful walks. The guest house was kept nice and warm and there was a front room with a fire that guests could use which was a nice touch. The hosts are also very friendly and welcoming and seem to really care about the property.
