Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomRoom could have been cleaner, ie cobwebs cleaned of the walls where they meet the ceiling. Thought we could have dinner at the hotel Sunday evening, but as they serve carvery at lunch time they don't do evening meal.
The service we got by the receptionist when we walked in. Breakfast both mornings, especially second morning when it was served as a buffet.

Facilities have improved each time we have visited. Staff are the biggest asset to the hotel. As I am getting a little more restricted in mobility, the stairs this time were a problem so will enquire a little differently re room location next time. Bed was comfy for me, too soft for my husband. Family visited for breakfast with us and staff were more than accommodating. Reception area very cosy for a change of scenery

The staff were very supportive and could not help enough. I have stayed at the hotel many times before and they understand my medical requirements and supported my very well. Parking was nice and easy and they have sufficient spaces allowing you to get in and out of your car.
