Great hotel in the central of Bath, close to shops and to the railway station. Brilliant staff who were very helpful. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Can't fault anything, will be back for sure.

Very expensive no inclusive breakfast. Had to ask 3 times for a toilet roll. Apparently the hotel was waiting for a delivery .. not acceptable

Great size of room - I was upgraded to a family room that had two massive beds. View onto the street and I appreciated having both a huge bath and shower in the bathroom. Great location in the heart of Bath. Helpful staff and wonderful spa facilities, which I used a couple of times during my stay.

Crap view, dirty headboards, lots of dust. No dressing gowns or slippers in room. Forced to book a time slot for pool...which everyone else ignored. Crowded pool where ppl hogged areas. Paid for late check out and room key stopped working. Disappointing.

There was nothing to not like !

From the beginning we were met at reception and invited to take advantage of any of the facilities, we declined as we were only in Bath for the two days . We checked in and our room was ready , the room was excellent,lots of space a bath and a shower and enough tea and coffee to fulfill any need . The bed was extremely comfortable and enough pillows to accommodate our needs We were not more than ten minutes from the centre of the city, even with my wife having sore feet .

The wet room kept flooding, shower very very hot.

Perhaps the breakfast main allowance. But this is not a criticism, for us breakfast is quite important, and for others may be more than enough.

We loved it. It was my birthday, and they gave us a free room upgrade with loads of complimentary, Nespresso coffee machine, chocolates and a birthday wishes card. The room was large, the toilet was huge, with a shower and a bath. The Spa was a blessing. We spent there two hours. Sauna, Steam, Cold Shower, Heated pool and jacuzzi, I mean, it was gorgeous. The staff was nice and polite, we decided to get breakfast on our first morning, it was good, the buffet had a good choice, however, the hot food was limited to one main per person and we had to adapt. My partner, with the help of the staff, organised a lovely surprise when we got back later that afternoon, with a birthday cake and flowers (I loved it). We stayed only 2 nights, I could have stayed longer. Everything was just 10 minutes walking. Bath is a small city, and the location was perfect. There were also pubs, Bistrot's, Cinema, Leisure Centre, everything just opposite the Hotel door. The bed was comfy, and we slept well.
