Good central location-everything within easy walking distance

The room view wasn't great, overlooking the flats opposite but that cannot be helped. The breakfast options were fantastic but you had to wait for everything to be cooked which obviously took time so anyone looking to buy breakfast needs to weigh up if brilliantly cooked food made personally for you is a better option than other hotels where buffet style breakfast is an option with less quality but much quicker to your table? I must be honest and say that due to the fabulous quality or produce and the way my breakfast was cooked, I would prefer to wait!

Great location, centrally located with the majority of sights within a 10 minute walk! Friendly staff who were always on hand to help. The room was clean and a good size. The pool facilities were small but perfectly adequate.

A lot of chlorine in the pool.

Pool was great and the slots meant it didn't get too crowded. Our room was comfortable, staff friendly and accommodating, room service was good. Breakfast was also really good and not bad value for money.

The room was dirty when we arrived and during our stay. It felt like it was not dusted in some places for a while. Also the carpet was was not vacuum at all in the whole stay or when we arrived and had loads of stains. Another thing we were not pleased it was that we were out in an adapted room. I encourage and agree that hotels must have adapted room but we found that the bathroom was adapted but the toilet was too tall and the loo roll too low. Also the wardrobe was quite tall and we thought if our bedroom is adapted for people in wheelchairs as the shower looked like, why the wardrobe was not. The same with the bed.

The spa/pool was the best of the hotel. The pool has different pressure water coming out and bubbles sections. Also it was very clean and good cared. It was our favourite part of the hotel. Also the bedroom decoration was very nice

Went for a few upgrades to the room to make the stay extra special (rose petals, chocolate and upgraded to balcony room). Staff were discreet and very professional about this as it was a suprise (thanks!) - the views from the balcony room were stunning. Would definitely stay again.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Staff were lovely and most helpful. We were served by Clio and she was brilliant. The hotel is clean and modern, a very pleasant place to be. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Bath with everything you need within a few minutes walk. Facilities are fantastic. Lovely Swimming pool with Sauna and Steam room to use free of charge. We were worried about there being no car park but there is a very large public carpark 3/4 minutes walk away with ample spaces (Charlotte Street).

Nothing - it was all great. If I was going to be picky, a slightly later check-out time would have been good.

Great size of room - I was upgraded to a family room that had two massive beds. View onto the street and I appreciated having both a huge bath and shower in the bathroom. Great location in the heart of Bath. Helpful staff and wonderful spa facilities, which I used a couple of times during my stay.
