Zoe was very welcoming, it was a pleasure to meet her. The room was very cosy, quiet and clean. We loved the hidden kitchen! It was a bonus to have free parking.

Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very good. The self catering area was good and allowed for making drinks and heating some food in microwave. Nice property and stay.

We used to get a little bowl Of snacks with pkt of crisps etc. so missed that little personal touch but still got a bottle of water & cookie which was nice.

Lovely property, clean, in the heart of stevenage old town. Love the kitchenette- has a fridge- with freezer dept, kettle, microwave. Room was gorgeous. Stayed here numerous times in the past.

A warm welcome upon arrival. Easy checkin. Room was a good size. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! Decor was lovely. I was not expecting a little kitchenette with fridge, microwave and cutlery! There is a Tesco Express just up the road (walking distance or drive) . Plenty of free parking. ThankYou John and Norma! I look forward to coming back.

Lovely room, well decorated with comfy bed, kettle, microwave and fridge. Check in process was easy and there was a very useful car park at the back of the property. Just a short walk from Stevenage old town center.

A hairdryer in the rooms would have been appreciated, but otherwise it was a really positive experience.

Incredibly comfortable bed, fridge and ample storage. The TV was also a lovely size to see from the bed. Plenty of parking spaces and an accommodating host. Room was also very clean and spacious. Great stay!

Easy to check in and check out, the place is perfectly clean and well maintained. Literally has everything in the room you need. Warmly welcomed by the owner and shown our way through the lodge. Definitely recommend it!

Perfect location for an event at Knebworth house as only a couple of miles away, also right in the nice ‘Old Town’ part of Stevenage. Free parking right outside the door. Everything was spotlessly clean. We were self catered and the kitchenette was fine for a couple of days.

Everything. Very clean, comfortable, spacious with excellent facilities. Everything we needed. We would have liked a bedside rug!! Only because my husband suffers from plantar fasciitis but we would bring slippers next time :)

Such a beautiful hotel, immaculate in cleanliness and impeccable service. I stayed for two days in a stunning room, the loveliest cosy design and detail and I wanted for absolutely nothing as everything was so well thought out. The owner, Norma is also an amazing host even in times like these she made special efforts to ensure I was happy and enjoying my stay. 10/10 can't wait to stay again!
