It needed some TLC. It also needed more staff. It was quite noisy late at night.

The room was very small. The breakfast was very good. We had a good view of the harbour.

Found it expensive for what it was £160 for room only. I did book it but was little choice. Felt it was pricey due to location.

Welcoming on arrival and very accommodating when mentioning my Dad's mobility issues. Managed to get a dinner seat so Dad didnt need to use the stairs to first floor and back down for a bite to eat.

In places the hotel was a little 'tired', not dirty but just dated, like the room's bathroom. Not enough to stop us staying there again though.

Room was very nicely decorated and had a nice view of the loch. Dog friendly which was great.

We chose to eat in the bar on our last night but, sadly no steak and the last burger they had was a bit of a let down but, that wouldn't stop us from returning and trying again.

Fantast view from the room and staff were great "pleasant and efficient" lovely coal fire to relax in front of and a very friendly atmosphere. 😊

Cobwebs in the rooms. Paint scrapes on the walls where luggage has scraped the walls. Could do with a total refurb. Bathroom had cracked bath panel, tiles that had been replaced but no grout round them. Damp on the wall at the top corner. As said earlier it requires a total refurb. It’s a shame as the property has so much potential but requires investment to reach a reasonable standard.

Excellent location with beautiful views. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice open fire in the bar area. Seating outside when the weather is good. Comfortable beds.

Checked in and had the mickey taken out of my surname😡...... If only I had £1 for every time someone said that...... 🤬 Poor cleanliness in room and poor decor. TV only had 1 channel it would tune in to that didn't have interference! 🙈 Nice to see the curtains matched the ceiling lampshade. 💜 Nice big cups for making a hot drink. 🧡 Lovely matching bedside tables (with dusty matching lamps either side) and all matching room furniture. 💚 Could hear a lot of noise from the bedroom next door but the headboard banging only lasted a couple of minutes 😳😂🙊 Was great we could take our little dog with us. He slept on his blanket in front of the radiator..... Which made a buzzing sound all night. Plug socket..... It blew so that wasn't good. Hairdryer was great. The shower..... Looked poor but it was very good, very good flow and very hot. ♨️👍🏻🔥 Bed was comfy. Nice, free car parking. Didn't use the facilities in the evening but the bar was busy and looked as though it had a great atmosphere.

Breakfast was very nice. Needed extra sugar, no one around. Got up to get sugar off a vacant table and got abruptly told that the place was table service!!!

I don't the price of the room was value for money considering the other hotels we had stayed in on our holiday. Definitely need some TLC especially the stairs to the rooms were very dark and dingy. If I was in the area again I would eat there but not stay unless upgraded

The room had a lovely view over Loch Broom and was clean and tidy Dinner was in the bar as the place was busy. Breakfast was served in a different room room The staff were friendly. The place is rather outdated and could do with a fair amount of TLC. Both dinner and breakfast were good though and the bed was comfy.
