Great hosts. Lots of lovely personal touches. Great location and parking. Really relaxing and comfortable place to stay and breakfasts were fabulous.

No Air conditioning - not usually an issue in Britain!, but we have had some oddly warm weather in the UK as of late.

Breakfast was great, the owners are really accommodating, friendly and looked after me really well. Its the second time I have stayed here, and I will definitely go back next time I am in Southend. Highly recommend.

The front door occasionally was tricky to open, but really not a problem!

Fabulous choice of food, supremely cooked and presented. Very flexible with timings and the ambience was great.

The Wifi didnt work very well, it needed to be re-set up, and the extenders didnt seem to pass a very good signal. This wouldnt normally be an issue, but I was there for work. I used my 4G dongle, as the reception was good there, but I think the Wifi signal was just not good enough from the room I was in. but that was my only issue - I had a great stay.

The owners were very attentive, breakfast was lovely and the rooms really comfortable. I would definitely stay again in future (in fact I have already booked!) I can highly recommend Suenos, and it is right on the beach front with a lovely view.

Great hosts, great stay. Lovely guest house. Had two exams a week apart so only stayed two single nights but I was treated as if I had been there for days! Breakfast was fabulous and everything I needed was catered for. Many thanks.

Teresa and Neil were very welcoming and informative about the area. The guesthouse has been renovated to a high standard and was very clean. We had a room with a sea view and a small balcony which was lovely to sit out on in the evening sun. There was a very good selection for breakfast which was tailored to our needs. I would definitely recommend staying here.

From the warm welcome and guidance as I arrived to find the tucked away free parking (bonus!) Teresa was incredibly friendly and helpful. The B&B is of such a high standard it felt like a high end hotel or spa. I love the little touches like the cafetiere and real coffee and the option of an eco takeaway cup to take a walk with a hot drink. The well stocked honesty bars in the bedroom and lounge area were very tempting and I may not resist these the next time I visit. Neil's breakfasts were sublime and I think that texting your order the evening before which may have been introduced to help with social distancing is an inspired idea. With parks behind the property, the beach in front and several delicious restaurants within a few hundred metres there is nothing I can find to dislike about this property. Really looking forward to my next visit and I am so pleased I have discovered this gem

The only disappointment was a charge of £2.00 for a cup of coffee from the coffee machine. I definitely think that should be complementary. Apart from that my stay was perfect and I would not hesitate to book again.

Everything!!! Owners very pleasant and premises spotless. Lovely deluxe room facing the sea. Well cooked breakfasts with a good choice of options. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.
