Possibly just a tad too expensive for our liking but other than that no complaint.

Came with my girlfriend as we are old students at the university. We really enjoyed our stay and the owners and the young lady in the morning serving tea and coffee etc were nice too. The room was really spacious and the bathroom was lovely.

The double bed in the three-person room was good, but the single bed was so sloppy.

Host was very friendly. It's a bit far from the city center, but the facilities were spacious, comfortable and cozy. In particular, I was able to go comfortably because I hurriedly recognized the taxi to the airport on the morning of my departure. I wanna go again next time.

There was nothing that I wasnt satisfied with. I was a little disappointed that they no longer do a cooked breakfast, however they was a lot of choice for a continental breakfast and was totally full up and pastries delicious.

The property did offer cooked breakfast included in the room price when I booked. However, before our stay the owners had decided to stop providing a cooked breakfast and just offered a continental style breakfast. This wasn't a major issue for us but I imagine this would be a problem for some guests.

Our room (number 3 with balcony) was perfect. It was large, clean and with plenty of natural light. The bed was large and comfortable and there was a big flat screen TV, tea/coffee makings and complementary bottled water. The bathroom was large, clean and fresh.

Being charged extra for 2 person occupancy.... £20. This was a mistake by Booking.com and a refund would be appreciated. I definitely booked for 2 adults and 1 room.

Position is on a busy road. With windows open there is traffic noise. This is not a show stopper for me as I am an early riser and am awake before morning commute starts.

Nice big bed in large room with enormous en suite. Room had two comfortable chairs. We were left plenty of tea/coffe and milk. Fresh milk was supplied on request. Location is good for buses to city centre. Bike hire stand next door.

Such a brilliant find, so glad we stayed here. everything was clean, comfortable and welcoming with good communication and rooms even better than expectation. the morning of our departure I had an extremely important client call that ended up being significantly delayed and the staff were so accommodating, finding the quietest room and letting me do the call there without disruption. honestly, cannot fault anything.

Stayed 2 nights in room 4 to get ready for my wedding day and for the night of our wedding. The host, Silver, provided extra mirrors and lighting for me and mum to do our make up and made sure that our room was all ready for my wedding night after I left in a bit of a rush!
