The room was very warm and comfortable during my stay in winter. The bed is perfect to sleep well. The amenities were better than expected (free water bottles, free cookies for my coffee or tea). All together the rooms and the house itself was very clean and quiet.

Autumn House is the most amazing place where we have stayed before and will stay again. It is really clean everywhere and the room is very comfortable. In the bathroom, there are added extras like a shower cap, cotton wool, Q tips etc. In the morning, there is access to a range of cereals and yoghurts. The No 3 Bus goes from 50 feet from Autumn House and goes straight into town. Cambridge is somewhere you need to leave your car and use public transport. The Owner, Al De Luca is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Cleanliness and tidiness are the two biggest advantages I would highly recommend! The free snacks (e.g. cereal and yogurt) and facilities of the kitchen are especially outstanding.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

I liked everything about this property. I received directions in advance, access was easy, and the owner greeted me upon arrival and helped me upstairs with my case. The room was clean and warm, and very comfortable. Every detail has been thought about, water, biscuits, slippers, an EU adapter, better than many 5 star hotels. Al, the owner was also very flexible when I asked to check out a little later.

Our room was lovely, good size, clean and had everything we needed and despite being next to a main road was very quiet. Bathroom was good size and very clean - again had everything we needed. Host was very welcoming and gave us a map of the area - which proved very useful and information on bus routes into Cambridge. Parking space very welcome (can be difficult to come by in Cambridge), kitchen area was very clean and a nice area to use for food prep. Very happy to recommend - will be happy to stay again. The Host Al De Luca was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The whole hall, dining area and bedroom were absolutely spotless. I remember thinking that if the room was on 'Four in a Bed', no-one would find anything amiss. There was a free breakfast of cereal, milk and yoghurt. In the room, there was plentiful tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water. The room was warm, which was helpful as the weather was cool. There was a bus stop nearby with frequent buses into the centre. We left our car there. They took bus passes. Would thoroughly recommend Autumn House.

Only slight problem I had was noisy guests in the next room, kept me up on the second night. Not something that could be helped. Also a personal issue, the TV was quite small, was difficult to see, especially where it was situated.

Second time at Autumn House and enjoyed my stay. Good area with a nice walk into town or a bus stop 5mins walk away. The room had everything I needed, especially liked the bottled water in the room. Good to be able to have use of the kitchen/diner. Nice to not have to stay in your room the whole time. Al was a great host, helped me out quickly with a problem I had which was great. Would definitely recommend a visit and would definitely stay again if I come back to Cambridge

Accommodation was a bit further from centre than we first thought. Notice up advising guest's to take shoes off and use slippers for going up the stairs.

Spotless clean. Use of a kitchen with cereal and yogurt to help youself to and lounge. Owner friendly and helpful. Lots of electrical points of bedside height. Would recommend if you like a walk or bus into Cambridge. We enjoyed the walk by the river. Plenty of good responable places to eat in the area. Parking space at the front and back or side road.

I booked a room with a garden view but there wasn't much of a view, just a flat roof so was a bit disappointed after specifically booking a garden view. Room was a little cosy and would have preferred a KS bed but it was a lovely house.

Fantastic facilities with everything you need to cook or reheat food / store in the fridge etc.

We had two rooms - the room with windows facing the main road was very disturbed by heavy traffic. It is a long walk to the town centre. The city quarter is a bit worse.

The room was recently renovated and super clean, fully equipped with an eye to detail (including plug adapter, toiletries, refreshments and a city map). The host provided us with all the necessary information in advance and made sure we did not need anything. It exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.
