Lovely Bed and Breakfast within easy reach on foot from the centre of Stratford. Martin and Maria, are entirely devoted to their guests and it is a real pleasure to stay amidst a quiet and beautiful garden. Nice breakfast and room equipments. Private (and free !) parking space provided in front of the building. A place to stay !

Although the shower cubicle was roomy, the en-suite was small, but adequate and clean.

We had a superior double room which was very roomy and clean with attractive decor and overlooked the pretty rear garden. Our host was attentive. Very central location for all that Stratford upon Avon has to offer.

Great location just a short walk from the town centre, with free parking at the front of the house. Martin and Maria are both really helpful and friendly, and made us feel welcome from the time we arrived until we left 2 days later. Our room was just right for what we needed, shower was luxurious, and the bed was super comfy! Breakfast on both days was perfect to set us up for the day. Thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing stay and will definitely be going back again - have already recommended to friends and family.

Not a major issue, but the electric car charge was expensive in relation to other hotel charge points that we have experienced.

We really could not fault anything - there was nothing we did not like.

Maria and Martin were really lovely hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they had good local knowledge. The accommodation was very clean and very comfortable, with a lot of attention to detail. The breakfast was great, with a good choice of cooked dishes as well as cereals, toast etc. The property is within walking distance of Stratford on Avon. We were also able to take advantage of some discount vouchers that were available from the Reception area.

The room was really nice and very clean…location was ideal for us..a nice 5/10 minute walk along the old tram tracks (that is now a pathway) to get to the centre. Martin was very helpful and is a great host. Parking was free and we had some nice cooked breakfasts that was included in the price . Really pleased we chose Avonpark House… we had a great time 👍

The room was very cosy. Comfortable bed. Garden view. Very nice spacious bathroom. Breakfast was great you filled the form in the night before of your choices. I'm vegetarian and was pleased I could have vegetarian sausages. Coffee machine in dining room ,help yourself, very nice latte. Owners very friendly and helpful. 10 minutes walk if that to town.would recommend and will return on our next visit to Stratford-upon-Avon.

There is nothing to dislike about Avonpark House.

Superb location for Stratford with a really pleasant walk into town along the river or a quicker route via the Tramway, an easy walk to the RSC theatre. Parking is at the front of the house and convenient. Martin was welcoming without being intrusive and our room was huge, warm, well furnished and contained everything we needed from a fridge to a large TV with premium channels. It was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was equivalent to any upmarket hotel, plenty of cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit, etc and a hot breakfast cooked to order. Advice to prospective clients: Read the leaflets at the booking-in desk as there are many reductions to restaurants and local attractions. We could have saved 20% (£5.20pp) on the admission price to The Shakespeare Story had we but read the notice. The local pub, The Old Tramway Inn, does not serve food on Mondays!

Excellent facilities all the way. Why pay for a 5 star hotel when this is just as good. Superb room,we were in number 4, great dining room and the breakfast choice was perfect. Martin is an excellent host. Spotless all the way through. We will definitely return.This surpassed all hotels before. I never give 10/10 because I always think things can be improved but in this case really can't find fault so 10/10
