Bed was rather soft!

All staff very friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast to set you up for the day. Simple room but spacious for London. Very handy for Victoria station, and can leave cases before and after check in. Recommend.

Having a room of the top floor - my husband is nearly 80 and I am in my early 70s so it was very very difficult for us to drag our cases up and down 9 flights of stairs.

Bath was slippery and hard to get in and out of. No slip mat or grab rail for.better safety.

The bathroom door wouldn't close. Which I didn't like.

The location was brilliant so close to everything. The b&b was quiet also which we loved. They were also very good in ordering taxi etc for us.

To room was tiny and very old not much space for anything. It can get very hot, I would not recommend choosing this in mid summer as it was already hot in spring when we had our visit There have been to many people and to less staff for the breakfast, the cook did his very best but there was a big waiting time

No daily towel service even though every day of my 4 day stay I put towels in shower cubicle as stated on bathroom, I can get away with using same towel for 2 days but not 4! This was the biggest let down of the stay. Staff weren't friendly or interactive either, they were different faces every day, they were all foreign so assuming non speaking English was the reason. But a good morning or hello with a smile would have been nice.

Our room was downstairs .. difficult with a heavy bag and narrow stairs. The room was quite small. The bathroom had no natural external ventilation. OK for two nights.

Ebury Street is very well located.

Great location for Hyde Park as was seeing Bruce Springsteen. Room large and clean with good wardrobe space

Not keen on the key entry system, given a code to enter, ours did not work, someone let us in.Prefer an electronic tag.

Location excellent, good links to Victoria coach and rail station, walking distance to Buckingham Palace Breakfast tasy and cooked, lovely surprise. Complimentary hot drink machine

Breakfast ends at 10am but by 9:20 they had ran out of sausages and mushrooms. There was also no tables available at that time.

Locality. 7 min walk to Victoria Station and tube. Secure and quiet.

Shower and toilet opened up to face the tall windows facing the street, offering little to no privacy. No AC available, but luckily the weather hadnt hit full summer yet.

Great location with short walk to Victoria station. Great full english breakfast included. Staff were very helpful.

Accessibility to tourist attractions via Victoria underground close by and Hop On Hop Off bus stop at front of Victoria station. Continental breakfast was ideal. Value for money especially as London is expensive for accommodation. Willing to listen to make stay better in future i. e. Took note of reported maintenance issues reported and organised a Taxi on request for our departure

Some things in our room need a bit of an update but we’re still clean and useable.

Brilliant location for central London, Belgravia is a beautiful area of London. Good value in comparison to other hotels in the area. Very helpful staff. Huge breakfast which is included.
