There was no entertainment in the actual hotel as advertised, it was in the hotel next door. It was advertised as being newly refurbished but our room did not look as if it had been.

Bit disappointing in entertainment having to go next door to Craig ya Don has not so pleasant but was OK I suppose

The friendly Ness of staff do anything for you Keith at breakfast of the morning very friendly an do anything for you very well dressed and made good conversation 😀 happy jolly man a credit to the Balmoral

Probably the entertainment some nights there were no acts on ,but if you play bingo you’ll be fine.

The sea view room with bay window was modern clean and comfortable,the meals were adequate and Keith the waiter was always on the ball,overall had an enjoyable stay.

the bathroom couldn't fit 2 people in it, it was that small also didn't come with hand wash body wash or hair wash which are essentials and the first day i got there and checked in the room was dirty was wiping dust off everything myself

We had a lovely stay in the Balmoral Hotel. It's in a great location on the promenade close to the attractions. The hotel has had a full refurbishment and now has new management, The manager Dave and his staff are all very friendly and there's a nice atmosphere here. The rooms are clean with new carpets, beds, bathrooms etc. The food is good and there's entertainment in the evening. We parked in the street behind the hotel for free there are no parking restrictions there. For a short stay in Blackpool this budget hotel would be ideal for couples or families. We would definitely stay here again

The desk person /receptionist on arrival was not very helpful kept saying that's not my job just helping out insisting that we contacted booking.com when we were trying to book in, every question we asked he kept referring us to the website we booked, that I found very frustrating after a long journey from London to Blackpool

Room was nice and warm bed comfortable plenty of hot water, breakfast service not that good we were not told that we had to book breakfast from the night before so our breakfast was basic as they run out of most items on the menu

Sadly didn’t have a warm shower all weekend , we reported it twice but no warm water

Very disappointed in the size of the bedroom, it was small & you couldn't open the bathroom door fully because the bed was so close. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in 😢

The staff at this hotel were super helpful & friendly, nothing was to much bother.

The beds are super hard, the towels has holes in the window was really drafty so the room was freezing. I believe a refurb is ongoing so this should be resolved by the end of this year.

Staff had been amazing and very hard working especially Michael on front desk/bar and Jackson at breakfast Location is fantastic

It was very overpriced for what they had to offer, the shower temperature could not be regulated, the rooms were very dusty and the room I was given was not what I had paid for. I paid for a double sea view room but the bed was barely bigger than a single and it was a box room. Clearly it should have been a single occupancy room. They did offer another room but it was not sea view which I was really looking forward to.

Good location for visiting Blackpool, room decent enough with good sea view, good breakfast although did not hhave evening meal.
