No soap in bathroom to wash hands, I'm putting this down to an oversight due to it being the hotels opening weekend.

The location is ideal central for everything, hotel was clean and staff friendly. Breakfast in morning had good selection.

Could do with parking the street behind is free but we were not able to get a space any of the days we were there.

Very clean and modern inside. Buffet breakfast has everything you could need. Staff from reception to restaurant very accommodating and friendly.

There wasn’t parking designated for the hotel but that can’t be helped and the rest of those bonuses definitely made up for it.

We booked the suite with sea view and we was NOT disappointed it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! Gorgeous two bedroom which sleeps 6 I extra large double bed in one room, 2 singles and a sofa bed in the next. Both joining rooms had a stunning sea view. The bathroom was also to a very high standard with a free standing bath and walk in shower. The rest of the hotel was also done out very nice. Staff were super friendly & kind, location was great to have a walk to shops, prom, coral island and all other attractions.

The entrance steps are a bit of a challenge for disabled people and no form of refreshment after breakfast and before lunch ( tea coffee etc)

The only thing that i would recommend for them to invest in is a latte machine at breakfast

This hotel has recently been refurbished,its been done very well,we were very happy with our room everything was clean and fresh,had a very good nights sleep,beds very comfy,bathroom was all new and shiney with a powerfull shower,loved the bathroom mirror it was one of those with a touch screen power button which all lit up,the view from our room was AMAZING,at breakfast we had a very warm welcome from a nice guy called keith who made us feel welcome,there is also evening entertainment and friendly bar staff which we enjoyed

We travelled with our 2 month old baby and the room was big enough for all 3 of us as a family. The room was clean & fresh as it’s just been refurbished , had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly & professional, they were always on hand if we needed anything. Breakfast was a buffet style which was really good as you could have as much as you wanted & there was also a good selection for continental.

It wasn’t very clean, very dated lots of areas needed repair. Ripped carpet. Lift not working sewage smell, windows didn’t close properly and tiles falling off the roof in the bedroom. When complained just got told nothing they could do

The English breakfast was good

The location was great as for breakfast we has booked 1 vegan breakfast and 1 English on the first morning of our breakfast they didn't have any vegan sausage for my friend no dish for cereal or cups for a drink no soya milk as we has asked for we had the 9 30 booked breakfast

Air conditioning ventilation outside making a noise all night. Carpets were thread bare up the stairs. Smell in the landing where the bedroom doors were. Decor awful. And the person checking us in said he'd have a cigarette before he'd help with cases. Room nothing like photo's on hotel site.

Very tired. I understand a refit is imminent . Our booking was lost and thankfully they offered us a room at their adjacent property. The staff were helpful and apologetic but the remaining room was grim

I booked a room with a sea view , It was not availible on arrival . We got a room with no view and a noisy ventilation unit running day a night on the adjoining property .

Offered free breakfast in lieu of not having sea view room as booked . To be fair the room was clean and had a clean bathroom.
