The only thing missing was a little bar, but where situated there is bars all round within seconds walking distance.

Staff very very friendly, went above and beyond to accommodate. Room very nice and comfortable, not massive but big enough for what you do in a hotel room. Would definitely go back if I was at Liverpool again.

Great location and free drinks from 18:00-19:00. Clean and comfy environment. Safely guarded by access card. No extra charge for losing key card. Nice staff.

A very comfortable hotel in a fantastic central location. Lots of unexpected extras, from the personal welcome card at check in, to the Molten Brown soaps, and the Nespresso machine. Not forgetting the free glass of wine in the evening! Excellent value for money, would strongly recommend you check it out.

Hot water did not come out for a few hours but was resolved quickly. However, the staff was quick to respond to the issue and figure out ways to make up for it.

Personally the bed was a little uncomfortable for me. But don't let that put off. Still great value for your money.

The location was brilliant, right on the centre, clubs, pubs, shops and restaurants. We thought we would hear the noise from the nightlife but not a peep. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Excellent hotel for an incredible price. Perfect location, rooms are modern and very functional, small kitchenette is a bonus. Partnership with a nearby excellent restaurant gives 10% discount on meals. Will certainly come back.

Probably a little too close to concert square for a couple not wanting to be that involved but perfect if that is what you are after.

The rooms were pretty comfortable, given the closeness to concert square they were not too loud during the night. Showers were powerful

The room was a little cold but the aircon thermostat in the room so sorted quickly. ( Would be nice and cool in summer)

I particularly like the handwritten welcome card in the room such a nice touch. The hotel is next to all the bars, walking distance from the train station but very quiet rooms and secure entrance. Clean lobby, clean room, a kettle and a coffee machine in the room. Quality soap in the bathroom

Very clean, new towels daily, great staff, was able to check in as soon as I arrived, comfy beds, great mini kitchen in the room was really good for when you have an early flight when checking out to have coffee or use microwave, 24/7 convenience store near by is great for late nights if you need water or emergency anything
