Didn't like the potatoes farl snd ciabatta with brekkie but thats nit picking at its highest, room was very warm

Unfortunately my stay was hampered by the most incredible rude and inconsiderate group next door shouting playing music slamming doors shouting etc till well after 2.30am . Obviously nothing the staff could do there was no one there .

Tim and Kyra were lovely overall very helpful and upgraded me to a beautiful room due to poor wifi in the room I had , the new room was beautiful but sorry the wifi was non existent. Food in restaurant was lovely as was breakfast .

It was a minor point but my room was situated over the area where all the refuse bins were stored and there was occasional noise from that area. Also, after dark, some large light came on from time to time in that area. As I'd retired early it lit up the room but I sorted that by closing blinds etc.

I had dinner at the hotel. That was fine and the staff were friendly and efficient.

Young lad at check-in was a delight, so friendly and full of chat. He made a point of asking us how our stay was the following morning as he was preparing to start his shift. In general all staff in the hotel are a credit to them

The down site was that the window was small. Therefore, not much day light . The room was close to the street, so you could hear cars. Breakfast did not have many options available, especially for kids.

A bit noisy from the restaurant/bar below but not really late. Room was fairly compact but was only myself and my toddler so it was okay.

Clean and compact room. Television with a good choice of stations. Big car park outside which was quite secure. The restaurant was very busy and seems to be a spot where locals go for evening meals or few drinks. Breakfast was nice and staff were very friendly. Tesco right around the corner which was very handy. Reception staff were very welcoming. Overall nice place for overnight staff. Not really central to the city but was close to where we needed to be.

We had a meal which was a bit dissapointing but there was a manager who quickly dealt with it and the response and manner was of a very high standard and i am certainly not going to knock the hotel for this at all and as this was the only issue i do not class this as a complaint and it would not deter me from returning. Well done beachlawn 10/10 THANKS....!

Returning for another short trip and again found the hotel as welcoming as before and staff extremely approachable. With the hotel again nice and clean and with the location so near to local transport links and with the free parking really makes the hotel a great option to stay and enjoy and relax at night.

My only disappointment was wifi was not working in the room and as the television was connected to wifi it was not working either. I explained this to reception and was told that it was being fixed but it wasnt sorted at all.

The room was lovely and a good size with a beautiful bathroom, food was delicious.

Function suite was very very noisy. Could not eat meals in hotel. Far far too much there was 40 of us and none of us could eat the mountain of food on the plate. What a waste. Drop price and give smaller portions

We didn't get much sleep on the 1st night due loud music from a birthday party which was under our room. This went on until 2am. The WiFi in the room also didn't work, although worked in other ares of the hotel.

The room was very clean & comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was outstanding although the portion sizes could be smaller.
