Nothing to dislike.

Fabulous location. Weather was terrific. Could not have asked for a better holiday home. We all loved it. Added bonus of the pub being below us. Great walks and even had some stags come down to the Loch for a little paddle one evening. Magical.

The front of the property is on a busy road and noisy at night in 3 out 4 bedrooms. WiFi not great.

The apartment is beautiful. Very modern, clean and huge! The views from the back of the property and balcony are stunning. You could sit there all day watching the tides come in and out. Arrochar is a lovely village with a good choice of places to eat/drink and a local shop. The food in the pub downstairs was lovely. Best steak pie we've had! and the staff are very friendly. The location is a great starting point for hill climbing (munro bagging) too, will definately go back.

Nothing, we couldn’t fault it.

Everything. If I could have bottled the shrieks of delight from the children on arrival, that would have summed it up. The first thing you notice is the view which is spectacular. The decor is tasteful and the apartment is very spacious and spotlessly clean. Everything we needed was there, from lovely fluffy towels to plenty of utensils for cooking. We received a warm welcome and will definitely be back.

Everything was fantastic however had the pub underneath not been under restrictive opening hours, I think the noise from smokers and patrons gathering outside would be very disruptive. As the pub closed at 10.30pm this wasn't an issue to us during our stay.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It appears to have been recently refurbished to a very high standard and this was a very welcome surprise. There was a brand new kitchen with top of the range accessories, lovely comfy couches, and a beautiful big dining table. The balcony was great to sit out and take in the breathtaking scenery, and the pub below was really handy for a bite to eat. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced too. All staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful.

Dirty boxers left in one of the bathrooms was not the way we wanted to start the holiday.

Loved the view. Some staff were very nice and let us have food from the restaurant in the flat which was amazing. Food was amazing.

Washer does not come with dryer, not tally to the information given in booking.com 5. 2 of the bedrooms heater is not working 6. Kitchenware is super old, some even rusty 7. Drawers inside the kitchen are dirty 8. Trash bin is not automatic as battery was not install 9. Slow respond from host

No one had mentioned that there was an event on at the bothy down the stairs. The music shook the whole flat from 9pm - 12.30am. Had we had our hearts set on a quiet night this would have ruined our stay.

The flat was lovely, the views were fantastic, there was plenty of room for everyone and a great price.

Flat is above a bar and kitchen with associated odours. Ventilation was poor and weather during our stay was warm so that didn’t help. Flat is on a busy road so traffic noise was significant, particularly if you like to sleep with the windows open - if this would bother you you’d best look elsewhere. Had to wash some of the kitchen items before using as they were greasy and we were concerned about some of the safety features eg. one of the smoke detectors had no cover - not sure if it worked; handrail at entry stairwell was wobbly and held on by cable ties.

The location was 5 star. The views were beautiful and the flat is convenient for exploring. Lots of wildlife to see and birdsong was lovely in the morning. Beds were clean and comfortable and kitchen is well-equipped. We were able to sit out in the small garden belonging to the guesthouse next door.

noise from the bar below was heard quite a bit. noise from the road was quite loud at night. the lower bar / building could do with some attention to make it more attractive as first appearances let the place down!!!

Above a noisy bar with customers talking loudly outside 3 of the bedroom windows often until the early hours and a permanently blocked drain in the car park next to the outside food tables with a slurry residue which remained in situ throughout our 4 night stay

In the kitchen there were 10 dinner plates but 4 side plates, one of which was badly chipped, all the bowls were big and heavy, not enough spoons for everyone and only one teaspoon. Unfortunately the accessible television channels were extremely limited, These are minor imitations and actually I list them because I don't understand why they weren't just resolved, nothing would have incurred much outlay. On a very much more serious note the metal handrail on the stairs didn't appear to be attached to anything, there were screw heads sticking up on the metal floor of the balcony The balcony itself was in need of a clean, an issue as we were all barefoot or in socks to protect the wooden floors. One of the bedroom windows was completely blown so all you can see is a haze of condensation and storing the vacuum cleaners, mop and mop bucket behind the front door is not an inviting first impression There is no hsndbook or information in the flat which would have been useful. We have all worked in hospitality so are aware that a good deal of noise is likely to be asociated with a flat over a pub however conversations outside the pub could be heard word for word and an indication that there would be Karaoke on a Saturday night might have encouraged us to think again about booking this weekend

Fabulous location, spacious flat with an ensuite in almost every bedroom. The view from the living room was exceptional, the room was large with 2 sofas and a large dining table fitting in comfortably with an appropriately sized television. There was no handbook for the flat which would been useful for instructions and to get a sense of what was available in the area. This property would be fine if a group of you just want somewhere to crash with a fabulous view, a dishwasher, washing machine and good lounge space at a reasonable price, this one's for you

The bathrooms were quite small and it was difficult to adjust the temperature of the heaters properly. There's not a lot of things in the area but I think they had closed due to the aftermaths of the Covid Lockdowns.

I was a beautiful apartment with a gorgeous view, we had the whole apartment to ourselves which was awesome!! The beds were quite comfy and it was pretty quiet at night,
