It says it accommodates up to 6 people, we booked on 6 people but only 5 came. We were very thankful the 6th didn’t come when we saw the sofa bed. To say you pay the same price per person you would expect the sofa bed to atleast be sturdy. There also wasn’t any hot water for us to take showers in the morning.

Small bedroom which meant one side of the bed was against the wall, which I personally don't like. No surface in the bedroom to put anything on apart from a tiny lamp table.When we arrived the wardrobe door was hanging off it's hinges. We reported this & had a very quick email response from both management & housekeeping team so I'm sure this will be sorted.

I found the pre-arrival process quite difficult. I was contacted on the Sunday evening (I was staying on the Monday) to pay a £150 deposit over the phone. I had read the policy and knew the deposit was required but had concerns about payments being off of Booking.com and out of banking hours so asked to pay at the property. This meant I wasn't given any pre-arrival stuff beforehand. There is no physical reception so had to call when I arrived and make the payment and then wait to be instructions through Booking.com. Payment was held for the full seven days. It is also difficult to find the lock boxes with the keys inside, which are tucked away in the car park. Once I was inside, my stay was great.

The apartment was clean and well presented throughout. The location was perfect for me too as it was very close to the city centre. I had a comfortable one-night stay but could have easily stayed longer.

I didn't receive sufficient instructions on how to locate and enter the property. Only succeeded through the assistance from the doorman. Not good enough for the quality of the establishment.

it felt daunting having to open the car park gates to get in especially as the area seemed busy and frightening - we saw a shoplifting incident and got approached by someone and told to keep quiet about what we had seen. We also found it hard to find our way back into the property after going out to eat as we were unsure which part of the building we were in and it all looked the same. eerie corridors no one about

Location is perfect. I had some issue to get the keys due to my internet connection and the phone support team was incredibly responsive and immediately helped me retrieve the keys. Accommodation was very nice and well equiped.

We prepaid for parking and were given a numbered designated space. On arrival this space was occupied however. We had to make a telephone call and the matter was resolved. Also, we had booked for 3 adults unfortunately towels were only left out for 2 and we had to hunt for bedding for the sofa bed in the lounge. Although overall a good stay.

The apartment was situated in a great location, close to all amenities. It was very clean and comfortable with a great outlook. The parking area was behind a locked gate, so very secure.
