Room was a bit too small. Room was very humid even though window was open. Would be ideal to have a little fridge to keep drinks cool. TV was at a very awkward angle. Instead of direct facing or on a stand. Couldn't watch due to this. Bathroom sink was small also.

Close to the pleasure beach. Which is what we wanted. Close to arcades etc. Friendly staff. Reasonable price.

The stairs was really narrow and corridor was abit of a tight squeeze especially with a pram but apart from that everything was good.

Was perfect. Especially the sea front view made it worth it, the rooms was spacious and cosy. My little girl loved it especially looking out the window in the morning. Will be returning

There was a mix up with our room which was a little small but they upgraded us to a double room but it wasn’t the sea view we had paid for, there was also items of clothing left in the room from the last guests in the drawer but apart from that the room was clean and a great place

Not really a dislike.. the bathroom was a little small but really clean, & water was lovely & hot.

Breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Bed very comfortable & great to have WiFi plus TV with streaming channels such as Netflix, YouTube etc. Plus all the staff were very helpful, lovely & friendly. Would definitely staff again.

We was a little disappointed the snooker table was no longer there as we was hoping to keep out 3 boys entertained on that for an hour or so in the evenings so instead we had to take them out and we are not keen on going out in the evenings with them would rather just have a few drinks where we are staying

Pigeons roosting outside widow, cooing all night. Made for a restless sleep for some, Could do with mitigating for this. Parking area too small for over 4 cars, can get blocked in by others guests. The staff were very helpful regarding this, but can forsee someone being unable to move their car at some point. Overall a great hotel though and would return.

Although advertised as pet friendly we were not allowed to leave our pet alone in yhe room thereby limiting what we could do on our break. This should be made clear before booking rather than finding out after booking

The bathroom was tiny. Like you couldn’t move properly tiny. Also the sheets weren’t made on properly like the bed was half made. Also the air wasn’t great. It’s a hot room.

The staff were lovely and so accommodating. The bar was lovely and well priced. Value for our stay was great. The location and parking was excellent.

The room was very clean and had everything needed for a hotel stay. The mattresses were good quality and had mattress protectors on, you can see a lot of thought has gone into thinking of the guests with the added extras of toiletries, putting a decent hairdryer in the room and a fan. I don't eat breakfast so the fact that is not offered didn't bother me i just enjoyed the extra bit of a lie in watching Netflix. Will be back but with the family next time. Well done so far and keep up the hard work :)

No real concerns and it wouldn't prevent me from rebooking but the space in room 18 between the bed nearest the window and the wall is tight as there's a cover box (presumably to block piping) there which is a bit of a pain when maneuvering around. The room only had decaf coffee which unfortunately I don't drink but I do like a coffee when I wake however the hotel didn't have stock of any other which is absolutely fine as I usually carry a sachet around, but this time forgot! Oops! This one is no reflection on the hotel or staff, but we were unfortunately kept awake until around 2am, which wasn't great as we were travelling with our 5 year old son. There were what seemed two other rooms on our landing that knew each other and were going backwards and forwards for the night shouting and slamming the door in between the hallway and their room door too. It was really noisy for us, but we understand people are there to enjoy themselves, but maybe one to keep an eye on so as not to attract the wrong type of custom!

The hotel looks fresh from the outside and one of the most appealing along the front. We were also able to park outside for a small fee. The lady was pleasant upon arrival, and we were directed to our room. The room seemed clean on first impression, which is exactly what you want when staying somewhere for the first time. There is also a hairdryer, and the shower was good inside the modern looking bathroom. The room was also lovely and warm upon arrival. The room was a decent size for a family of three, and I'd consider it to be good value for money for a night's stay. We had a drink and a couple of games of pool in the hotel bar in the evening, which was nice. The staff are friendly and approachable and I'd certainly consider this hotel if we were to return. I've read that the hotel is in the process of refurbing, and I am sure it will look lovely once done.
