Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt was absolutely freezing when we arrived and we turned the tiny heater on whilst we went for food and it hardly warmed the room up so it was cold through the night trying to sleep.
Close to Bristol airport so ideal for a stop over before/after your flight! It also is a hungry horse so easy access to food!

United KingdomI generally say that the place is tired in places, but we've noticed on our last couple of visits there are being improvements made.
The rooms are always clean and the housekeepers work hard. The restaurant staff are amazing and always accomadating, especially to our younger generation who want to continually deviate from the menu. Shara ( not sure if the spelling is correct) was calm and pleasant throughout when serving 10 of us, and her approach will hopefully be extended to the staff that she was mentoring at the time. Well done to the whole team .

United KingdomA couple of our party who had breakfast the following day felt the items on their plates had been mass produced, rather than cooked to order (a bit like Wetherspoons) and the baked beans were actually cold. This was from the breakfast menu (after 9am) not the "hotel breakfast" which is between 7am & 9am.
Room was good, comfortable and very clean. Our door didn't lock initially, but the receptionist was able to get someone to fix this for us while we were in the restaurant. Bed was comfy, towels in bathroom were nice and fluffy.

The staff are lovely and you can see they work hard and still have a smile. The staff do everything they can for you Breakfast was great, I am gluten free and needed a combo of food that wasn't an actual meal on the menu, they happily accommodated my needs
