The TV was a problem kept loosing the signal. The toilet roll holder too close to toilet and the roll kept falling off

I like the single rooms as they are on the front so you have a fantastic view. The buffet breakfast is fabulous, fresh, hot and great variety

Excellent location. Tasty breakfast with good selection of hot and cold items. Hotel very clean and plenty of tea/coffee/milk in our room. Would return to this hotel if visiting Llandudno again.

How easily noise travels through the hotel from all levels. However this can only be expected due to the design of the hotel. Next time I would just bring some earplugs. A small fridge would have been really useful for a family of 5 on holiday for a week. We just managed over 2 night stay.

The hotel staff were very helpful, we had an issue with a noisy neighbour and they dealt with the situation as best as they could under the circumstances. It was very central to Llandudno and easy access to the beach and promenade. The breakfast buffet options were more than sufficient for us all and quality of food provided fantastic. The rooms were both a reasonable size for the money and were warm...a rarity in some of the hotels in Llandudno. They have a lift and fair accessibility within the building despite it being an old building. It's dog friendly but the people who visit with their dogs are very respectful overall of other visitors. My kids really enjoyed their holiday, and had a great view of the bay from their room. The showers were amazing and blasted the sand off them at the end of the day. Kettles and stash of tea, coffee and hot chocolate went down well too...

Breakfast was lovely as we're the staff, lovely Seaview from our room. Shame the restaurant wasn't open no entertainment 😕 dog friendly was lovely tro no water bowls anywhere could do with putting a couple out special for guests sitting in the lounge. Small carpark at the back. Overall nice hotel .

The bed had a hard mattress. A cracked bathroom sink. The bathroom door needs a stopper behind it to stop it hitting the wall. A bin to put your cerial packing in the dining self service area.
