The hot water was off. That was a bit of a pain but didn’t spoil my stay

This place is a complete gem. Every room is different with little touches such as home made cake. The staff are among the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. I even got specially made vegan cookies on my second night when I asked for plant based milk. The breakfast is actually to die for. Just can’t say enough about how fabulous this place is.

The only thing that could perhaps be better is if the room had an actual wardrobe with doors.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean and it had everything one could ask for from such a hotel. In addition, the staff was very nice, polite, and helpful, and their hospitality was as it should be. A traditional and warm hospitality that is difficult to find nowadays, even in 5 star hotels. As an extra, every day, the team left a different home made cake in the room and all of them were very fresh and tasty. The restaurant on the ground floor had very nice food and a fun vibe. Overall, an excellent stay and I would highly recommend Brocco on the Park.

Nothing. It was a great stay!

The room was extremely stylish and than bigger than we had expected, as well as being extremely clean. The blueberry cake in our room was a lovely extra touch and went down extremely well with an afternoon cuppa. The complimentary Prosecco was a real unexpected treat too. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was outstanding and extremely good value for money. We can’t recommend Brocco on the Park enough and hope to return soon.

Fabulous rooms really warm welcome on arrival and escorted to my room which was really lovely Glass of bubbles every night in reception which was well received Excellent meal in the restaurant could not fault the service here I will be back !

The complementary cakes in the room and glass of prosecco in the bar were a really nice touch which made us feel valued as customers. The staff very helpful booking a taxi for us and sorting things out when the taxi company made an error in the booking. Nothing was too much trouble.

The room was very comfortable, well equipped and laid out. The bathroom fittings were all a very high standard. Although the hotel is on a reasonably busy road junction the double glazing ensured it was very quiet in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Our A/C wasn't blowing full pressure and the staff had already ordered the part and was waiting to receive it. So really nothing that wasn't being corrected. Thankfully the fan that we had in our room helped out a lot.

Never stayed at a hotel that was so hospitable. Hotel staff constantly took care of us and anything we needed. They really treated us like family and brought us homemade pastries every morning that just made our day. We really appreciated our fridge was stocked with water and milk every day. The restaurant's food is amazing and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The rooms on the top floor were perfect for our stay and had beautiful views of Sheffield. The staff was so helpful at helping me get around town and give me ideas on kid friendly activities around town. Love the location of the hotel as well. You're in walking distance to the Botanical Gardens and Endcliffe Park as well as the downtown boutique shops. Matthew recommended us to visit Graves Animal Park and that was only a 15 minute drive and perfect place for children.

Parking was limited and often difficult to find street parking. This did not deter from my visit.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was very good. All in all my stay at the hotel exceeded expectations and great value for money. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Sheffield for business or on vacation.
