Nothing really. it’s a shame the I usually stay on a Tuesday night when the restaurant isn’t open in the evenings, I would love to have a meal there based on breakfast!

The rooms are lovely - I’ve stayed here several times and have been in 3. I always have a great night’s sleep which is the number one criteria for me. Lovely styling, lovely people and best breakfast ever. Good location with lots of restaurant choices very close by.

Nothing could have been made better.

Now this was a very pleasant surprise. I stay in hotels most weeks and this was as good as it gets. From the greeting at the door to the breakfast in the morning it was perfect. Being greeted at reception with a glass of bubbly, cake in my room which was already at a cool temperature (air con was brilliant) as it was a hot day. The room was 10/10 with everything thought through...absolutely perfect

Nothing really, but if I was being fussy it was very noisy from the traffic roundabout below if you had the window open, however the climate control in the room was so good you didn't need fresh air. Disappointed we couldn't have supper there on the Sunday evening.

Beautiful cool airy room with long windows that opened.( Unusual these days!) Really enjoyed the deep copper bath in the room with lashings of hot water. It was very welcoming to open the door to the waft of classical music. The bed and pillows were deliciously comfortable and loved having a little sofa too.

We had to leave!

We were there for the football (and a birthday) and the hotel was a nine minute drive from the city centre - perfect! It was also in a lovely area and had a good view of the park. Parham was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived until we left and really went above and beyond to make our stay more special. All the staff were above average but he really stood out. They not only fulfilled all of our requests but made it feel like they were happy to do so. We had the eggs Benedict for breakfast and it was delicious, a must try!

Nothing, really! All was great.

We were very pleased with the air conditioning in our room, especially as we arrived on a hot day! We liked the complimentary lemon drizzle cake in our room, on arrival, plus the excellent coffee maker. The bathroom and shower cubible were very well appointed. The decor and general ambiance of the hotel was great. The location, near the lovely park, was also very pleasing.

Parking was tricky

The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Especially as I had left my watch behind in the room and they phoned me before I had left Sheffield.
