I would say the shower cubicle is a little bit tired, but it was all perfectly clean.

Location excellent, Largs is a nice place, and frequent (cheap!) ferry over to Cumbrae. Easy to park right outside the property. Owner lovely, very friendly, very helpful. Great size room, all facilities - TV, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facility in room (lots of choice of teas etc), armchairs, and a fridge! Everything nice and clean, and nice decor. Good breakfast, made to order, everything spot on.

it was my husbands birthday that day so phoned and asked them to put banners on room door and in room and they were there when we go to largs we always stay there

It was a convenient location and lovely host. The breakfast was excellent with cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt and fruit juice available while Seona prepared a cooked breakfast.

Only real issue was the mattress, you could feel the springs and needs replacing.

Lovely view from the bedroom window. An excellent breakfast and the WiFi was very good. Parking was on the street and was free and plentiful. The room was quite small but OK for one night. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed with my 5 year old for two nights and had a lovely time. Owners very nice and made us feel welcome, room nice and clean with microwave and kettle. We were able to store our bags after check out before we left the town which was very helpful.

Was not aware of the nature of the accommodation or the location, therefore came in with no expectations. Was pleasantly surprised when it proved to be excellent across the board. Could envision a better location to stay within Largs.

Nothing as all was good.

Had returned here and wasnt disappointed. The location is great and the view is amazing. The room had a fridge and a microwave as well as the usual kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Had ensuite to. Will definitely return.

This is not a criticism, but a positive suggestion. A table top mirror would have been handy for my wife doing her hair and make up?

Great location, next to the shore. Parking was readily available, directly across the, wide, road. Lovely scenery across the sea to Cumbrae Island. Hostess was lovely and friendly. The guest house was spotless, warm and comfortable. It was ideal for the overnight stay we had, to see a gig at one of the bars in the town centre (within easy walking distance). Great value for money and we will definitely use it again. :-)

It was a little cold and shower is not very powerful but nothing you couldn't cope with.

Nice and very clea. Location is superb. The owner very responsive and accommodating. They charge for breakfast so you have microwave and mini fridge in the room which is a lovely touch.

Lovely spacious room, even had a microwave and fridge. Owner was lovely and the breakfast delicious. Right on the sea front, very close to centre of town.

The toilet was a wet room with shower. It would benefit from leaving a squeegee to clear the laying water into the drain. The bed would benefit from a mattress topper
