It was like going through a maze to get in and out of the unit, up and down flights of stairs, several doors and a courtyard. Airflow in the unit was very poor, the windows only open a little bit and needed to be open at all times, there are no fans to move the air around. Bathrooms, while clean and attractive are lacking of convienence items, such as clothing hooks, soap dishes, shower soap or shampoo shelf. Would have appreciated a TV in the bedroom.

The location of the building is fantastic, close to attractions and transportation. Unit was roomy, modern, clean and comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms was great. Having a dishwasher and laundry was nice.

Tv not functioning, a door handle of one of the room was broken, a room didn’t have curtains at all, the sinks in the bathrooms were really too small even to brush your theet

The position, 50 meters away from buckingham palace, close to victoria station and s. James station. The apartment was big and comfy

The instructions to find the address caused by the incorrect zip code associated with the given address, made it challenging to find the location upon my arrival. Despite reaching out for assistance by calling the provided number, it took longer than expected to locate the correct unit, even with the help of a local friend. To add to the confusion, I wasn't aware that both the front gate and the outside door codes were the same, which caused stress when I couldn't open the front door. Unfortunately, these issues resulted in a delay in my arrival at the event I had traveled from the U.S. to attend. Additionally, the video provided to find the unit once inside the building was incorrect. It would have been helpful if a photo of the outside of the building had been provided for reference. I appreciate your understanding and hope these suggestions can improve the experience for future visitors

Despite some construction noise from the next building, which was a bit disturbing at times, it didn't significantly impact our overall experience. The convenient location, comfortable amenities, and the host's hospitality made our stay enjoyable!

Our family had a wonderful 4-night stay at the cozy 2-bedroom apartment near Buckingham Palace. From the convenient location to the comfortable amenities, our experience was fantastic in every way. The proximity to Buckingham Palace and other close by tourist attractions made sightseeing a breeze, and the apartment itself was beautifully maintained and equipped with everything we needed. The host's hospitality and attention to detail truly made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a delightful stay in London!

The property was very well decorated, lovely & clean. We could tell the apartment had just been renovated to a high standard. The location was excellent, we could see the Changing of the Guard from our room windows. Communication to access the property was great too. Will definitely visit again.

The attraction of this place is its incredible location - right on the corner with St James's Park and Buckingham Palace, it really is great to wake up and walk around this area before the crowds arrive, or have an evening walk after they've gone. It's also very convenient. It's a very comfortable modern apartment.

It was very complicate to get in the first night because of the Keyless system they have. the codes were not precise at the very first. Bathrooms needs a soap holder. Beds are kind of small. and the dishwasher never worked because it was defective.

Some of the appliances did not work, for example the oven which is not ideal for self catering. The coffee machine leaked so we could not use it. It did not matter too much to us as the location was very easy to eat out. The second bedroom was by a corridor and was noisy. Minor enough things.

The location of the Apartment was excellent. We stayed in Block C a 2 bedroom apartment. It was my wife and I and our 4 year old. Plenty of space. The en-suites were very handy. Access was easy. It was clean. Overall we had a great stay and experience.

The couch was stained, floor not the cleanest and all showers had sediment clogging them until we wiped tem all off. The bedroom without the en-suite would be better and more useful to have twin beds.

Location was fantastic. Flat was spacious and wonderful for a family of 5.

Couldn’t control heat

We had 2 apartments, one on the 3rd floor which was fantastic, one in the basement which was ok but not as good. Check number of beds !! Had 3 bedrooms in both apartments but in basement room only 1 full an 2 twin beds. We had 5 people in each room booked, not enough for a 3 bedroom. luckily with some little kids so not too bad.

We were staying the building C and we were not told of the other door we could have used. Also the WiFi was an issue, did tell the receptionist. It was clean enough but I am a bit fussy so noticed dust in places where I would expect it to be cleaned (like the shirking boards)

I liked the look and location of the property. The flat was spacious, had comfortable beds and easy to use gadgets. The staff were lovely, including trying to help us out when we needed them to.
