The lift could do with being bigger as we struggled with a wheelchair, however it is big enough for 2 or 3 people standing. Struggled with wheelchair to use the ground floor gents facilities then realised as we were leaving that we had walked past the facilities for the disabled.

All the staff, including the kitchen porters, were super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The ground floor was wheelchair accessible. Although the car park is small we were able to get a space with plenty of room.

For a non budget room I have paid budget and have stayed in a better room. The room we stayed in seemed to be a budget room. Would of liked a separate shower rather than climbing into the bath (I am sure if I would of stated this at the time of booking could of been accommodated food for thought next time I stay) Other than this tiny offset great place to stay.

The room was clean and tidy, staff as always are very friendly and approachable. Picked up a flat on the way to the hotel the staff was kind enough to track me down and let me know. Also a quest at the hotel offered to help which was great to see some kind people are out there.

The room was a little bit dingy, but that is the case with so many hotels that were not originally built with en suite facilities.

It was a competent, unpretentious hotel. It was well placed and the staff were very helpful.

After walking through a modern downstairs unfortunately our room wasn't to the same standard. Which was a little disappointing as the pictures online did not match our room. Although we did get the lovely Seaview that we paid for. Needs new mattresses as ours was very slept in. Had a big shower but with a tiny shower head that just dribbled luke warm water. Heating only comes on in the morning for we think an hour, it was rather cold. Apart from that we had a wonderful weekend away.

Big bonus with this hotel is that it has onsite parking. The hotels restaurant is fantastic, very modern and staff are friendly. There's also a lift which was good.

We did notice an older generation staying at the hotel, thinking about the access to use the shower it's a big step over the bath edge to use the shower , a walk in shower would be better , bit more water pressure

Breakfast was delicious, fresh and well presented, staff were superb and informative

We were happy with all aspects.

We were on a road trip with last minute booking to hotels. We found a good rate on this hotel, which would provide parking and was sea front. I read the reviews and liked it. On arrival after 6pm, we were welcome by a lady called Nicky, she was adorable and very friendly. As the hotel was not busy for been a Monday evening and winter, she made an upgrade to our room offering us a room with sea view. She also mentioned that the restaurant was open and we could book to have dinner. We got into our room on the 1st floor and it was a nice, comfy clean room with a big window looking into the sea. Our dinner was delicious, my son ordered a burger meal and a order a pasta tagliatelle. The presentation of the food on the plate was beautiful and the food was delicious. The chef really cooked well. The room had twin bed and was really clean. Shower was strong and in the room we had hairdryer, TV, wardrobe,tea/coffee and toiletries. We booked a breakfast for next day and it was freshly cooked by the chef again. Nice full English breakfast. Our entire stay was amazing. Nicky was there all the time, always very friendly and checking on us if we were happy with our meals, stay and visit. The hotel should be proud of such great customer service provided by Nicky. It does make a huge difference having friendly staff welcoming you. I would definitely recommend it and return again. There is a large bar and also a pool.

It was quite hot in the rooms and bathrooms but nothing that opening a window couldn’t solve. Breakfast is not a buffet and you need to order hot food from a menu (really nice options) but it was delicious. Pool was unfortunately closed when we visited but it was our fault, we didn’t noticed when we booked, only when we received the confirmation emails.

Really nice hotel, great location and amazing, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was a bit old fashioned but the other room bathroom was a bit more modern. Still, very comfortable and very clean, full of lights rooms but very comfy bed. Amazing restaurant and delicious food. They have a very nice card/menu and it was difficult to choose as everything was amazing and all ended up delicious. So delicious that we decided to have dinner at the hotel again on our second and last evening ! Staff were very nice and friendly and treated our kids very nicely too. Hotel is really short distance from the beach and we had nice walks on a beautiful and nature beach with sand on some part and pebbles in the water line. It was February so we just walked around, kids put their feet in water too.

Creaky floors when people move around upstairs and could hear the people in the room upstairs going for a pee! The very old lift was next to our room, which I only heard once on our stay, but on a busy night with chatty people it could get noisy!

Loved the look of the hotel, really well furnished, well decorated, but a bit creaky in places, but that's the age of the building. The fact it had a recreation room with pool table was fab! The staff were fabulous, friendly and welcoming.

Our room was very small but we did expect it as we booked a budget room. But the walls are very thin so we got woken up a lot in the night with people moving about, talking & using the bathroom.

Such a warm cosy hotel, swimming pool and games room is a great bonus. Breakfast was amazing! Lovely staff, nice modern bar area.

Hotel was very dated, especially the decor. The lifts were the ones with an inner cage, hard to shut if you had a handful of luggage, also very claustrophobic. Single room very small especially the bathroom. It was difficult to fill th kettle because of the size of the sink and low shelf over the taps. The mattress could have done with turning it was rather lopsided I kept rolling towards the outside.

Food was good, with plenty of choice, variety and amount. Staff were very helpful and pleasant especially the staff member who made me a liquor coffee that wasn't on their menu. Drink prices were reasonable. Location was lovely, near enough to walk to the main centre but far enough from the noise. My room was lovely and clean as was the rest of the hotel and pool area. Entertainment was good though not on every night I was there. Plenty of parking spaces.
