Hot water was turned off for our last 2 days, as the rest of the hotel was empty. Our toilet was not cleaned properly and stains left. On one day the cleaner woke as at 9am to clean our room!

Typical thai breakfast but no cereal 🥣. Most of the food was warm and not hot unless you got there for 7am. Juice was very watery. Staff had lost the will to live except for one really nice lady.

The decor was awful outside lots of ancient paintwork the bar toilets were awful and the pool wa tiny for the amount of Rooms

We went prior to our stay and to be honest the place looked so run down old pool was tiny we decided to not stay there at all despite having paid and it being non refundable we just didn’t want to waist the last 3 days of our holiday there

Ugly, dirty, terrible breakfast (fungus on bread), crowd, most of the staff look like they lost their will to live (probably overworked and underpaid). To be fair it doesn’t cost a lot and the beach is great so could be worth if you don’t really care about where you sleep.

The only good thing about this place is the beach, otherwise one of the ugliest hotels I’ve ever seen.

Incl.Breakfast is no quality at all, no internet in the room. Only Terras bar restaurant have internet, but you are not allowed to bring your own drinks. if you order by the bar it is expensive, and the food is cheap quality, just can’t eat. They are not happy if you sit here to use internet but don’t order any drink and food. What a business mentality of this owner.

In need of modernisation. Rooms old and smelly Totally different to what they look like in picture . Garden is full of old ornaments about 40 years old . I would imagine this was probably one of the first hotels decade's ago and it has had anything done to it for 50 years. Grossly over priced . Should be 600 baht per night. Booking .com liars on the star rating too Old smelly rooms are near road too so you get no sleep .

the people staying there. I never felt so much more “off place” than there. it’s a great place if you wanna stay with a family. the bathroom had mould and when I wanted to use the tab in the bathroom I nearly had the whole tab in my hand. I don’t mind outdated - but this needs a re-Modeling. also - all the AC’s were in front of the windows on the side I was staying so it was impossible to sleep since they were so loud - it felt like sleeping next to a very old engine. I have been traveling SEA for 7 years now - I never ever changed a hotel after 1 night.

The hotel was probably very nice when it was built 30 or 40 years ago but the maintenance and upkeep have been minimal since then. The bedding was very old, pillow matted and very heavy in a way pillow should not be heavy. The blankets and sheets were more grey than white. The 19 inch Sony tv in my room was at least 30 years old. (A hat tip to Sony for making such a durable tv.) The beach was nice but there were very few chairs there and I was never able to find a free one during the day so I was actually able to get very little use of the beach. Fortunately this resort is located next to Paradise Ko Chang Resort and I had access to that beach and property which is excellent and well-maintained. Breakfast at Koh Chang Resort was terrible. The kitchen appears to be understaffed so and there were considerable periods in which little that was edible was available causing a needless wait in a bleak environment. As a westerner I realize Thai breakfasts might not be what I prefer but this food was really not worth waiting for. After the first morning I did not bother to go for breakfast.

The hotel has a very nice beach.

we checked in our room and there was other guest in our room!!! then I went back to the reception and they showed us another room which I preferred but a minute after there was already new guest coming in that room. so we stayed in the first room at the end and they changed the little bulb while we were there (5pm) plus they cleaned the room again. and after that the staff at the reception never greeted us again for the 3 days we were there. the room was noisy was well from a pump upstairs
