Paul was very friendly. The location was fab. Lots of choice for breakfast. Little chocolates when you arrived. There was a piece of wood that you could put your straighteners on without any risk of burning. I thought it was such a simple solution so you didn't burn anything. I wish more hotels done this

10 min walk from Bus Station, 3 minute walk to the beach. Breakfast. Best breakfast pancakes hit the spot. Paul is a great host and chef. I enjoyed the breakfast banter with Paul each morning. Beautiful building and decor.

the tv was a little small!

Paul was very welcoming, my room was very clean, the bed was so comfy! it’s a Victorian property so it’s got a charm about it. Normally I stay in hotels, but it was nice for a change being in a more homely environment.

Having to enter public hallway/reception area with glass door to use bathroom was a bit strange for this senior solo traveler. it was only 1 night. OK.

Location and personal involvement of proprietor. Very accommodating with local info, cab and a fab breakfast! Walking distance to everything .
