Very dated and couldn’t get a drink at the bar after a long drive. The lady on reception said opened at 3 but the signs said other wise.

We had to move from first room because smell of smoke and room was small. The room we moved to was bigger but the bathroom on the ceiling had mould on and air vent was manky. The heater button wasn't working for.the bathroom so floor got very wet.

It was close to where everything was and we were able too get fresh towels everyday, get more tea Essentials daily al9ng with towels.

The room was not ready at 2pm for check in. The breakfast was tiny and not much choice. The beds are uncomfortable. The room was dated. The bath was hard to stand in to have a shower. The restaurant was closed. The place seemed dead

No hand towel and the bath towels were not much bigger than a hand towel. Room was very hot no air con or fan.

The reception staff were lovely. Good price for a nights stay.

Beds are very old and uncomfortable due to large dip in the mattress. The last person who stayed in that room had been smoking by the window, but the smell of smoke was still in the room. I really dont know how housekeeping didn't smell it or see the Ash if they were cleaning properly, as there was also cigarette ash by the window because the last geust must have been leaning out the window smoking. I understand that a geust smoking in the room is not their fault of the hotel, as there are no smoking signs in the room, but a member of staff should have smelt it. As a non-smoker, this was very unpleasant. There was also a smell of cigarette smoke at the bottom of the stairs at the entrance to these rooms. My room was 215. There were 3 beds in the room. i was the only one in the room, so I didn't need a room that sleeps 4. one of the beds was covering the wardrobe, so I couldn't hang my clothes up in it. I'm not sure I would have as the selves were dusty The bathroom needs refurbishment. The sink is cracked but not leaking. There is a sign it the bathroom saying use the antislip mat but there wasn't one. The restaurant is in need of refurbishment. I was going to order breakfast, but after eating an evening meal, which was a double cheese burger, I thought I would not bother due to the burger being dry and overcooked. So I thought the breakfast would be of the same poor standard. Another guest asked me if the burger was dry or moist. I told her it was very dry and overcooked, so they decided to drive just down the road to Burger Kings. It's just a 2 minutes' drive away, I did the same as them the second evening, to be honest. The staff were very polite. I should have complained, but as I was only going to stay two nights, I just put up with it. Silly, I know. There is a saying that you get what you pay for.

Lacked air conditioning in the rooms which, in the humid summer conditions, meant the window needed to be open but then you get the noise/rumble from the Dartford Bridge crossing in the background all night.

Conveniently located near where I needed to be for the weekend. Reasonable price rooms and food/bar

The breakfast was disappointing, bacon not cooked, mushrooms were boiled and no Orange juice which is a staple at breakfast. Only apple juice which we don't like. If I'd known we would have gone elsewhere for breakfast.

They didn't have any sweetener available at the hotel nor lactose free milk The room was lacking one light and has some broken features (like the window handle) but nothing extremely bad

The room was cold at night and the heater wasn't working. Hotel was fully booked so they couldn't put us in a another room. We had to check out the following morning but got a refund for the second night we paid for.

Standard hotel and very affordable. It's close to the Queen Elizabeth Dartford crossing, so easy to locate when coming off the M25. You can also take a walk or taxi or short drive to Asda and other cafe/fast food place near by.
