Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The flat was very spacious and designed very well, especially for families. The location was outside the city centre but only a short, lovely walk away, with parking included.

NigeriaNothing really though the rug at the staircase has stains and is due for replacement. Also, there should be a caution that the bath tub is high in order to guide anyone with mobility issue. Apart from those, the apartment is clean and well maintained. The bed is comfortable and the apartment is spacious as shown on Booking.com.
The host, Chris is very hospitable and easily available to provide any required information. Also, the location of the property is excellent and accessible to shopping centers. I like the the peaceful environment and well-equipped apartment with cooking essentials.

CanadaThere is absolutely nothing to dislike about this property. It is clean, well cared for and very convenient. We would certainly book it again. Having said that, there are a couple of things to be aware of. The apartment we were in (#65) is on the top floor of a three level building. There is no elevator, though Chris was very kind in helping us with our luggage. The second issue is the depth of the bathtub. Its lovely and deep for soaking but climbing in and out would be a bit of a challenge for anyone who is a bit unsteady. (A grab bar would certainly be a useful addition). For these reasons I would not recommend Camstay for anyone with mobility issues.
My son and I stayed at this property while visiting Cambridge. it is well located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Everything we needed for an enjoyable stay was provided. The apartment is bright and airy, nicely decorated given the constraints of Covid. The kitchen has all the basic requirements for preparing meals including an enormous fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop, etc. Shopping for food is easy with a large Tesco a short walking distance away. There is a washing machine but no dryer. A drying rack is provided. Having two full bathrooms is really convenient. There is an extractor fan for the family bathroom but, in the peculiar way British electrics work, the switch is located above the bathroom door. Beds are comfortable with good quality bedding. Getting into Cambridge town centre is an enjoyable walk by various routes, including along the Cam River where you can watch rowing practice. Nearer the apartment is a pretty park attached to St Andrews church where traditional bell ringing is practiced on Thursday evenings. Chris, our host. was very pleasant to deal with and quick to respond to emails. Overall, this property provides excellent value.

Chris the manager was excellent - met us on arrival, explained everything very clearly, even helped us lug our stuff up two flights of stairs.
