Shower could do with more pressure, as it was quite weak.

Staff are incredible. So helpful, polite and genuinely couldn't help enough. Location is great. Really close to Pleasure Beath and Sandcastle Waterpark. Room was clean, well equipped.

Very close to the pleasure and very easy to find, hotel staff (Geoff and Pearl) were lovely and so good with the kids. I am already looking to book up again for next year. Rooms are clean and breakfast was fantastic with a great choice. Hotel bar was also great. Parking is also right next to the hotel again which is great.

Nothing to dislike per se. The room was small but functional, fine for a 1 or 2 night stay.

Really liked the staff, the breakfast, the parking and the location. It's very close to The Pleasure Beach, The Sandcastle, South Pier and Wetherspoons. We'd come again and would recommend to others.

Everything was fine.

Very friendly welcoming owners, parking free at side of hotel. Dog friendly which is huge bonus for us. Breakfast was included which was fresh well cooked and plenty choices.

Brilliant location to the Pleasure Beach, seafront and trams. Rooms may not be the most modern but our two rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The owners Pearl and Geoff were lovely, friendly, attentive and the breakfast was lovely (Geoff even spoilt our little dog Charlie with his own sausage each morning!).

Pearl and Geoff are fantastic hosts nothing is too much trouble. Rooms are clean comfortable and warm. Location is great. We had a really good time staying here and will definitely be returning in the future. Breakfast was lovely a good start to each day.

Little dated, but everything you need for a short stay is clean, tidy perfect for the price.

Fantastic location did not have to move the car once. Clean had everything we needed. Friendly host. comfortable bed. Massive family room. lots of coat hangers provided. Warm room. Plenty of tea coffees, etc

We visited for a long weekend. 2 adults and 1 child. The hotel is ideally located, near to the Pleasure Beach, Waterpark and all other main attractions are within walking distance or regular trams/bus up the strip. A great fish and chip shop across the road and there is also a Spar just round the corner which was very handy. The hotel was lovely, it has a real homely, welcoming feel. The owners Pearl and Geoff were kind and friendly and very attentive. The facilities in the downstairs bar area suitable for all ages. We loved the football/pool table! Breakfast was fab, good choice of foods to set us up for the day! Our room was a clean and comfortable base for coming back to after a day of exploring. We were sad to leave but will be sure to stay here again and visit places we missed this time round. Thank you 😊

Nothing really to dislike other then on are last night stop there was some noise coming from above us which was kids banging with noise at 12 at night other then that it was great

The owners was very welcoming and we enjoy there company there was free pool and foulsball too you could get a drink at the bar which was refreshing. There is a local spar around the corner and 2min walk to the beach front.The breakfast was good
