Nothing really. The price point is high but I think that is expected for this location. No filtered coffee machine but they do have a kettle and Nespresso machine. Could be useful to have instructions on how to operate appliances. I googled that online which was okay.

Excellent location. 5 min walk from Oxford street but on a quiet street. Close to Elizabeth line that goes directly to Heathrow. Short walk to Soho, covent Garden, Regent street and Tottenham court road,many restaurants and coffee shops. Very clean!

Can't think of a negative. It was highly rated and I can see why.

We didn't have a breakfast and really didn't use the kitchen facilities except the refrigerator for keeping some water cold. But everything looked great and the location was really fantastic. The neighborhood had so many fun bars and restaurants and it was very close to an undeground stop so convenient to everything. We had a fantastic time, will recommend this place to our friends and will probably come back and try to stay here again. Oh, and to top it all off, we mistakenly left some clothing behind and the owner was so prompt and helpful in getting the items back to us. We couldn't have been happier.

- we didn't receive a key so we had to rely on the code, which was annoying and unreliable at times - there was no accessible way to get into the apartment. - we were provided with a cot bed, but they didn't have a mattress, so we had to improvise, which might be unsafe for younger babies.

The location is amazing, the staff were very accommodating. The apartment was clean and had blinds in every room. The apartment has a highchair, which was very useful with our toddler.

Two minor things: 1) the heater caused the apartment to be uncomfortably hot that we had to open the windows.. which was not ideal due to the noise of traffic/people. 2) the washer/"dryer" is not a dryer - it's just a washer. We had the unfortunate experience in not being able to dry very wet clothes after washing (and spending a few hours trying to find a laundromat). we ended up hanging some of the wet clothes on top of the radiators but that didn't help much.

Nothing that stands out. The bathroom is a little bit smaller but still better than most places. They are small in general all over London. But works great for a short stay.

Travel Cot not really suitable for a 1 year old as no mattress in it just a folded quilt. windows at front on to road single glazed so you hear every car drive past but did not bover us as expecting noise in central London and couldn’t hear from the bedroom.

Shower was a little hot, and we initially had trouble with the clothes washer overflowing into the sink, but the landlord quickly and very politely fixed that completely.

Excellent location - nice part of London near many shops and restaurants. Very walkable and near multiple underground stations. We always felt safe. Had several good appliances including a dish washer (dishes were provided), a clothes washer (needed to dry on provided racks), and a towel warmer.

The only negatives for us were very minor things. We stayed for 3 nights and there weren’t enough coffee pods for the Nespresso machine for us with only 4 pods. This was not a huge deal since there were great coffee shops right down the street but it would’ve been nice to have more since we like to have coffee before heading out for the day. The other negative for us were that the pillows weren’t very comfortable. We both kept waking up with a neck ache but again, super minor and this could totally be just based off preference.

We loved loved this apartment. It was in such a great location and very close to the main train station which was key for us traveling with a toddler to LHR. You can walk right down the street and you’re at all of the main sites in London. The apartment itself was so cute and had everything we needed. We felt like we were right at home as soon as we arrived. We stayed on the 1st floor so it was very easy for us to get in/out with our stroller and suitcases and the apartment itself was very spacious. It was also very nice coming back to the apartment and drawing a hot bath after being out in the freezing weather all day. The staff was very responsive and friendly when communicating with them.

Three flights up!

Loved that the property was all on one level. They’ve changed out the full sized bed in the en-suite for a queen, which was a welcomed surprise. Communication was easy and staff very helpful. Would definitely go back.

Cooking facilities didn’t work well. Shower pressure etc was great it just seemed the water temperature was rather too high. Luggage storage before and after check in could be considered more closely or perhaps partnered with the nearby luggage storage shop for a discount as timings/arrangements weren’t so convenient for a working person in the week. D
