The apartment is great for 3 people, the fourth person sleeps on an extension and that one is not so good.

The apartment is very conveniently located - just off Oxford Street, very close to the shops and theatres and Soho. It was super clean and generally nice. The beds were comfortable and I slept like a log.

The location is amazing and there are plenty of coffee shops and super markets nearby. It is not a big flat but will fit easily a couple with a kid or two.

Occasionally noisy outside with the garbage trucks, etc. however, I would imagine it would be a lot noisier living in Soho or Covent Garden.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped kitchen. Perfect for our family of three vacationing for a week. Definitely better than staying at a hotel. Very helpful to have a kitchen to make a cup of coffee or light breakfast. They had a dining table so very convenient to eat/for takeout food.

The futon bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable, definitely needs replacing. Bed in the second room was not much better. It’s unfortunate as the rest of the apartment is perfect. Checking in is difficult as the place isn’t staffed so trying to contact them when we arrived was difficult. Made worse by having to wait in the rain until we were let in

Price was a bit steep for one night however we booked quite late and it was the most reasonable for us.

Easy to find, very clean and spacious. Large lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms. 2 large double beds and 2 single beds. Thankfully no sofa beds as found in other properties when we looked for multiple beds. Very comfortable. Plenty of towels provided. Excellent location

Nothing really. The price point is high but I think that is expected for this location. No filtered coffee machine but they do have a kettle and Nespresso machine. Could be useful to have instructions on how to operate appliances. I googled that online which was okay.

Excellent location. 5 min walk from Oxford street but on a quiet street. Close to Elizabeth line that goes directly to Heathrow. Short walk to Soho, covent Garden, Regent street and Tottenham court road,many restaurants and coffee shops. Very clean!

Can't think of a negative. It was highly rated and I can see why.

We didn't have a breakfast and really didn't use the kitchen facilities except the refrigerator for keeping some water cold. But everything looked great and the location was really fantastic. The neighborhood had so many fun bars and restaurants and it was very close to an undeground stop so convenient to everything. We had a fantastic time, will recommend this place to our friends and will probably come back and try to stay here again. Oh, and to top it all off, we mistakenly left some clothing behind and the owner was so prompt and helpful in getting the items back to us. We couldn't have been happier.

- we didn't receive a key so we had to rely on the code, which was annoying and unreliable at times - there was no accessible way to get into the apartment. - we were provided with a cot bed, but they didn't have a mattress, so we had to improvise, which might be unsafe for younger babies.

The location is amazing, the staff were very accommodating. The apartment was clean and had blinds in every room. The apartment has a highchair, which was very useful with our toddler.

Two minor things: 1) the heater caused the apartment to be uncomfortably hot that we had to open the windows.. which was not ideal due to the noise of traffic/people. 2) the washer/"dryer" is not a dryer - it's just a washer. We had the unfortunate experience in not being able to dry very wet clothes after washing (and spending a few hours trying to find a laundromat). we ended up hanging some of the wet clothes on top of the radiators but that didn't help much.

Fantastic location and large space, very comfortably sized for a family with kids.

Nothing that stands out. The bathroom is a little bit smaller but still better than most places. They are small in general all over London. But works great for a short stay.

Very nice space. Amazing location. Nicely designed and had everything you would need. Very clean too. Will definitely come back and stay again. Definitely exceeded my expectations. All the instructions were also very well communicated. Very close to Elizabeth line. Great food and shopping options nearby.
