There wasn't really much to not like - if you're staying in multiple person dorms then you have to accept there will be unexpected noise/light and privacy is as a premium. The food/drink options available at reception were very expensive for what they were - but don't worry there's a Tesco Extra just 300 yards away!

No fuss checking in. Well situated near lots of pubs and shops. Not bad value for money if you just need to put your head down overnight. There was plenty of power outlets to support all of the people in the room.

Room was too hot and heat could not be adjusted. Too hot even if it was February Breakfast too late at 8.00am as travellers often have early trains, planes etc Perhaps they could access the breakfast room earlier.

I suppose all the admin you have to do and info needed pre arrival. Sharing with people from Asia who obviously never told their family not to phone UK between sleeping hours I arrived with nothing in the bank except cash in pocket I forgot it's cashless even the coffee and vending machine is card

Cleanliness as stayed in some dump hostels. Bathrooms between 4 only. Sitting lounge I lost my room card and I was issued another no problem.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable and pillows a bit flat but fine for one night.

Staff were excellent, friendly, happy and polite. It was a very easy check-in and check-out. It was good quality for the money, and clean. The bathroom was nice as well. Not far from the bus station which was an advantage. It was good to have a private room, especially in a hostel.

Communal room, not inviting. Lockers not big enough. Damp toilet roll, put in the toilet roll holder.

Location was nice, and quiet. Staff friendly and very helpful/ Big rooms. Privacy curtains. Comfortable beds. Great value for money.

Checking into a hostel room and I was hit by a body odour smell due to others in the room. Management managed to move me to another room and no problems.

The evening staff were very attentive and willing to help.

No kitchen for heating food/drinking water or having a coffee with the room mates and chill in the hostel..would recommend to provide atleast a microwave and coffee/tea bags and some disposable utensils for residents in the sitting area.

Loved the fact that my room had an attached washroom. It was a clean and warm room. Mattress was amazing and very comfortable to sleep.
