Room lockers were broken, the beds were squeaky and uncomfortable and when you put all the curtains down it seems like you are in the coffin.

The location is good but aside from that not much other things I can say.

We were given 4 sashays of sugar, when we went to reception to see if we possible could have more, they told us we had to pay an extra 20p a sashay so if we wanted the 6 we’d have to bill the card 1.20, they’re very stingy. A full bag of sugars worth that price and they’re charging that for less then a gram. when we’d already payed 88 pound to stay in a room the size of a storage locker. It’s a robbery

We lived in basement level room, and the window could not fully open for the air to come in.

Great location, great staff, comfortable beds. Staff allowed us to leave the bags prior check in. Bathroom was clean, shower had proper pressure. Privacy curtains is a great thing! 🙂

Very nice staff and good location, 10 minute walk to the main commercial street in Glasgow, and on the way there you can also pass another very busy street. Main lack for me was the lack of a bar in the hostel, there is a common area but people there were mostly working/talking on the phone, not a very sociable atmosphere. Room was nice, all in all, great value for money!

Pillows and duvet, underneath the pillowcases and duvet cover not very clean at all...stained.

Location is great, friendly reception staff, good towels, very comfortable bed, loved the lamps and the mirrors.

Some of the guesses were too noisy very late and very early times of the days I know the hostel has nothing to do about it it’s just my personal opinion when you go somewhere and share the room with people you don’t know about I expect bit of respect that the other people might be too tired and doesn’t need to wake up early or don’t wanna be up very late

I like the way they do the cleaning everyday the bathrooms and the carpet , little station for charging the phone and the light can be volume up and down so it was perfect

The common room was tiny and didn’t even have a microwave! The staff were okay but they briefly lost my laundry. Then said someone else had picked it up already and then suddenly found it under the desk?

It was noisy. Especially in the middle of the night. People coming home from partying, I wake up with loud people trying to get in to their rooms— knocking, turning the key to the doorknobs, footsteps. All loud and clear from my room.

It was clean and with decent facilities. The bed is too big for me but it was comfortable. The bathroom is pristine.

Reception guys were nice and friendly and the bed was comfy too. Decently priced place and not too hot. Dealt with issues in a fast manner. Recommend

Well despite messaging and asking for my usual ground floor room, due to my mobility being limited, I was put upstairs. This meant I could only go up and down stairs once a day so I couldn't have breakfast or ho in and out ad freely. I also couldn't shower as it was an over bath shower. If I had known in advance the ground floor rooms weren't available, I'd have booked elsewhere. Instead I didn't enjoy my trip due to constant pain and not feeling clean. Oh and the sink hotvtap didn't work.

As usual helpful staff, clean rooms. Good location.
