The first room we went to had a dirty toilet seat and the room was musty so we got moved. It was a much better room we went to.

Loved the breakfast and the staff were very good. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Shower in leisure facility changing rooms dribbles out. Entertainment was a pool table however the cue didn’t have tips on. 2 table tennis bats were good for the bin. Other entertainment was foosball. No other evening entertainment. Waiter at breakfast was rude & clearly stressed. In shirt & tie so clearly the man on charge. All others in white t shirts very polite & helpful

Rooms were clean albeit a little small. Close walk to stairs to beach. Close to town. Reception staff helpful especially the evening gentleman.

The towel rail behind the shower room door. The coffee in the bar. All the beers were top pressure, I believe you advertised local. Not enough pillows.

Parking is rather expensive £37.50 for 3 days and can quite busy that you are forced to park downstairs, even for a small car like mine, its quite a squeeze to fit into spaces.

Our room was lovely and very comfortable, would have preferred a better view but it's much more quieter in the back. Croissants & cooked breakfast was yummy and set us up for each day; Bubble Lounge is very colourful & vibrant and drinks options are good and the desserts options were good especially the Churros.

disappointed that they wouldn’t accept cash & receptionist lady was very abrupt. very noisy not only with dogs constantly barking, but the road was loud. couldn’t open the windows. cost of parking on-site was a joke. food was expensive for what it was. dogs were all in the restaurant and barking (was quite annoying and not pleasant whilst trying to have a nice meal.) I love my dogs but I respect that others don’t like them.

Our room wasn’t the same as in photo and our daughter was in a put you up bed she found uncomfortable so we had to put the mattress on the floor and she didn’t sleep well. This could be because we asked for a quiet room but we definitely thought we booked a family room with a proper single bed as photo showed. We were very disappointed with the sharing platter we ordered for lunch as didn’t have enough Bread for the two of us - we asked for extra toast for our daughter too and when we asked the waitress where it was she said the chef had added it to the pile we had but it was hardly anything.

Loved breakfast and great value. Nice bar / restaurant area and lovely staff.

The lift! It’s very small and very slow and started beeping whilst we were in, also gave wrong information about the floor we were at. Scared the life out of us, luckily it resumed on its own and we took the stairs the rest of our stay.

Great location, great family room, excellent breakfast, pool is a bonus too!
