Had to pay extra for hotel parking which was accessible by walking a little along the road.

I was given a room on the top floor which was very cold and the central heating did not work. A tiny electric radiator was provided but this did not warm up the room enough.

The room was very hot and you also need to ask to have the sauna turned on in the spa as the first time we went in it was off which was a bit disappointing.

Great location, although steep hill to hotel from centre so not ideal for older people! Staff were amazing, friendly and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was varied and high quality. Hotel looked like it had been recently redecorated do everything very fresh.

I didn't like that there were no family rooms and the large family room was very small the pool leisure area was cold and very small. Drafty room windows in bedrooms that were unpleasant they literally charge you for everything a glass of water, an extra spoon, cup,etc their pretty tight on stuff, and the food is basic. menu isn't great and costs an arm and a leg.

The hotel had a games room, which was very convenient having children. The bubble room was nice dog friendly. The staff at the hotel on arrival was very kind, manager was a lovely man. Bar staff was kind untill new ones came through very late evening and dinner staff and breakfast staff were abit rude no manners but other people staying at hotel were nice overall it was a good stay.

No hot water from sink in bathroom in the morning despite running the tap for ages. However, the shower water was hot.

Staff very friendly. Although the room was at the front of the hotel on a busy road it did not affect our stay or enjoyment.

Bathroom needs alot of attention repair wise

This is are second stay at the hotel we visited April 2023 just home April 2024 we stayed in room 304 Cozy very clean room but you can hear the lift going up and down plus the window would not closed the bathroom needs some attention the sealing around the shower needs renewing and tiles need redoing the door itself needs attention did not look good with masking tape on it so its needs a repair before the season takes off .Breakfast was great plus the staff our so friendly and the standard of the staff is very high and thats why we come back to this hotel next year. The young lady with the braided hair who was running bar at the time lovely smile and made sure we where attended to and I noticed she spoke to everybody in the bar lifted everyones mood big thank from Mr and Mrs Lawford

Would've been better for is if Breakfast started earlier than 07:30. As we were staying for work and we started work at 08:00 this meant we often had to miss breakfast.

Warm welcome and a simple check-in process. Room was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. Parking was available at the rear of the property.

I usually go to hotels where room cleaning is included but it wasn’t here. That would have been preferred but for a short stay it wasn’t an issue.

The breakfast was awesome! I went with my two kids and there was a range of choices for them to enjoy which was great! They loved the pool facility and the games room was a pleasure. It was a short walk to the beach and to restaurants… about 6 mins which made it a great location !

The bed and pillows were not comfortable(hard matress and pillows) and window couldn’t be opended. It was very warm in the room although none of the heaters were on and no ventilation/AC available

The property and staff were amazing but we booked purely for the pool and hot tub. Pool very cold and so much so we couldn’t stay in for long and hot tub no bubbles 😢 Although modernised I’d prefer more warmth and bubbles

I loved the location and short distance to the beach, the room was big and very clean. Amazing for families because of the pool and game room and special Thankyou to the lady in reception who was very kind.

the car park was difficult to find. there is a sign at the front of the property saying the car park is to the rear but no direction arrow.

The first morning the shower didn’t run very hot water. It turned out the had a problem with the boiler. The second day it was good. I wished they gave some discount or at least complementary something for the issue. The breakfast was ok. I wish the juices were of better quality. The hot breakfast portions were in the small side but for me were perfect. (I don’t like big portions.)

Cozy and great value for money. The decor was pleasant. The room basic but comfy, nice bed, silent, etc. I enjoyed the pool first thing in the morning.
