Very clean and new, good value for money and great staff.

We ate dinner in the restaurant. Ive stayed at the hotel for various events over several years and there has been minimal/no discernable change to the menu. Choice is limited which is ok but needs refreshing. Also, the standard can be a bit hit and miss. I had a beautiful meal when I stayed there in January but in April it was just ok. The presentation was good but my steak was over cooked and chewy.

Excellent location when going to see a show at the Hydro or SEC. Rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast is nice and they have switched to normal size dinner plates which is great.

Excellent location for our concert!!. Rooms Neely refurbished and spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great selection on the breakfast buffet. Staff super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us!. Brilliant stay!.

Asked reception to book a taxi for a friend stopping in a different hotel. They booked it, gave us the reference number, but after waiting an hour on seats next to reception as directed, we queried when it was coming to be told they were busy and the taxi had been cancelled. They asked if we wanted another booking. We said no, and booked an UBER that arrived within 7 minutes.

Should have booked direct with hotel instead of Booking .com as any enquiries we made direct to hotel after purchase with Booking .Com ,we had to be referred to Booking . Com to answer any queries we may have had .Also there appears to be a mark up in cost with Booking.com

Excellent hotel close to Ovo,and next door parking, clean and comfortable room with lift access,pleasant helpful staff and excellent breakfast, Very glad we booked accommodation early in October as checked the cost on line of similar room a few days before event and horrified to see the cost had quadrupled,which surely cannot be justified on any grounds,?! You are not alone as a hotel in the last point.

Beautiful smart hotel. Lovely clean and modern room.. Had a river view which was stunning. Was staying for a concert next door at the hydro..literally 2 minutes away. Breakfast was great, especially the haggis.

Decorative blue cushions had white splattered staining on them and bathroom had brown dirt stained rings on the counter top. Room 202.

Bed was so soft and felt like there was a hole in the mattress. Air conditioning was needed but was so noisy overnight.

Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely quiet room - didn't hear other guests even although hotel was full. Good breakfast. Fantastic location for the hydro.

Queue for lift. Unable to get drink at the bar about 10.30pm due to staff lack of ability to deal with being busy.

Nothing to complain about really

Lovely clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast choice. Great location for the Hydro and Armadillo venues and a short walk to Argyle Street, Parking is available at the Hydro car park and is cheaper for hotel guests. Very comfortable beds,great bathroom, very good soundproofing between the rooms, so quiet.
