Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe first two choices I asked for when ordering food from their menu was not available. Just asked for a pizza in the end. There was only one member of staff covering both the bar and restaurant on the Sunday night. It was a BH weekend!! She did a really good job covering both areas by herself.

United KingdomThat there was signs saying the hash browns sausages were gf so i put them on my plate with beans mushrooms and eggs was about to go to my table when one of the staff who went and checked that the breakfast was safe to eat, she quickly came over and said sorry the hash browns and sausages are not gf so had to take my breakfast off me. Then said she would make sure the chef cooks me all fresh eggs and bacon took a long time had to wait 15, 20 mins i had got another plate and put beans and mushrooms on there but they were cold by the time i got the bacon and eggs! But the breakfast was lovely just shame had the mistake of signs saying gf when some of it wasnt. But good on Clair going and checking off her own back otherwise i wouldve eaten the sausage and hash browns and i wouldve been very ill. So thanks to her she decided to check so thank you Clair your doing a great job!!!!

Our room was a good size, the bathroom was spacious,with lovely white towels. The breakfast was great with all the usual choices. The nice touch being that the fried eggs were done on order and not left under the hot lights in a batch!

The reception staff were so helpful and friendly with the children suggesting places to visit etc. The housekeeping staff did a lovely job of cleaning our room mid stay even sat the children's teddies on the bed in a cute way.
