The wasn't not much that I didn't like, one thing was the window in the room we stayed wouldn't shut fully which left a bit of a draft, also every now and then would be a fishy smell which I noticed was off the carpet I left my coat on the floor overnight and when I woke up my coat was soaking, apart from them two things it was a great hotel with very friendly staff

Staff was very friendly, very kind and helpful, game room was brilliant and good fun, facilities in the hotel were great, nice area not to far from the beach front and the free parking was also very helpful, would recommend staying at this hotel

Sauna and steam room not working and pool not heated. Entry to hotel via thumb print didn't work. Curtains not fitted correctly so didn't close properly.

Good location, comfortable bed, nice shower and large tv with netflix. Excellent value for money.

I had a problem with the WiFi signal but that was soon sorted out by a member of staff. Apart from that small thing I enjoyed my stay and would happily stay there again.

The shower was cold and the bathroom was quite cramped. The sauna wasn't working

The bed was so comfortable and they upgraded me to a bigger room for no additional charge. I like that you don't need to use the key for the front door. I will be back in the future.

Not a didn’t like, just a factor if you had mobility issues and Jo wasn’t there to carry bags, there’s no lift.

Room was huge, comfy bed, lovely view and oh so quiet. Jo was great, even helped with my bag which is a first since I’ve been in the UK. Great stay for a reasonable price.

no shelter on the patio so couldn’t go out there if it was raining, sauna not working, front entrance dirty outside litter and dirty ashtray,

The hotel was very clean and tidy inside, the bed was comfortable, shower was a good size and hot, we had a suite it was large and comfortable for our 4 night stay. the reception staff where friendly and accommodating.

Sauna and steam room were not working, Due to maintenance. There was no food available at the hotel again this was down to renovations. It would have been nice for them to do local options ie places to eat or local takeaway menus.. They could also do with new pool balls as there was a miss match. This was the only down side,. But we did booked an extra night there as we were very happy with the room x

The room was really nice with a great view. The staff was friendly, it was a clean hotel. The bed was so comfortable, The pool was lovely with the option of using an outdoor hot tub.the town was a short walk as well as the beach.

was told by booking.com that breakfast was extra if I wanted it, I didn't but on arrival was told breakfast wasn't available anyway. A little disappointed that the sauna and stream room wasn't available as these were the facilities that drew us to the hotel. Needs a hook in the bathroom to hang clothes or towel. Windows around indoor swimming pool need replacing. Let's the hotel down. Apart from that we would visit again.

The location was good, near seafront. Bedroom was clean and fresh. Good firm bed. Swimming pool was very good and warm.

They do not serve cooked breakfast but they are clear this is not included. Continental breakfast was cancelled apparently due to not enough people using the service. However , the friendly staff directed me to Appleby’s just down the road who served a good cooked breakfast.

The room was perfect for a single overnight stay in a good quiet location only a short walk from the seafront. The room was pleasantly warm and comfortable with an en suite shower, basin and toilet

Steam room wasn't working. We didn't have any breakfast because it's very basic. The curtains in room 11, where our friends stayed, are top small for the window and the bedside unit has definitely seen better days

Great location. The facilities are really good except the steam room unfortunately wasn't working when we stayed. The games room is a good addition. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Check out time really good Great price.

The hotel in general could do with some update and work patches on ceiling from leaks etc but nothing that effected our stay. We stayed for 2 nights would have been nice to have room serviced whilst there no clean towels changed over or additional top up of tea coffee facilities but again wasn’t a massive issue. The swimming pool and sauna facilities were disappointing as pool not heated well and steam room wasn’t working so if you were planning on using these don’t count on them. I would recommend the suite for the slight price increase as 2 of our friends who also stayed had rooms that were quite tatty small and just in need of freshen up. We were very happy with our suite.

Was close to centre easily walkable distance, our room was lovely we had Belgrave suite spacious and clean shower was lovely, hot & powerful. Lady who was on front desk Friday 1st March in evening was lovely and welcoming.

Shower was a little tight for a 6ft person but over was good. Could do with a little extra dusting in some places.

The hot tub was out of order and the pool was a bit cold but able to swim still

I went for the suite and was definitely worth the small price difference, Lovely staff and nice facilities the breakfast was nice to have in the morning aswell.
