The door opens right on the road, which can be awkward when carrying in shopping Parking wasn’t great, had to go up the hill if you wanted a wide enough space

Adorable little place, big enough to be able to relax, but cozy enough to feel warm and secure Bed was comfy, had all the facilities we needed and everything was easy enough to use

Garage, street parking was what to expect from a typical Cornwall village and adequate.

Fantastic village location. Quiet with beautiful walks from the doorstep. Clean, comfortable, neat and tidy. Didn’t want to leave.

The owner met us and gave us information on the area and was so helpful It was very hot and we were supplied with a thin cover for our bed instead of the heavy doona which we were very grateful for The place was exceptionally clean and comfortable

As a short person I had to use a chair to open the blind in the lounge area. Other than that all was good.

The property is big, clean and spacious and was a good place for base to explore the surrounding area.

The property parking spaces were difficult to use. Other parking nearby about 100 metres away was used instead. This was a little inconvenient. No outside space.

The property was very clean, modern and spacious. It was also very well equipped. The bedroom was a great size with a comfortable bed. A home from home.

Parking was a small issue, but the host showed me where we could park for free within a small distance and unloading and loading was right outside the front door 😁

Very relaxing, everything that we needed was to hand, cosy and warm. The Hosts were lovely people. There are plenty of places to eat and great for using as a base.

The blind in the bedroom could be better in minimising the street light from outside during the night and also day light in the morning, but that's because we like the bedroom dark so it may be fine for some people.

Matt was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The place was lovely and cosy and a good base to explore tamar valley.

The location is on top of a large narrow winding hill so popping down to the pub is not going to work for most people. It's not bad enough though to detract from a lovely place to stay.

The property was in excellent condition and very clean. We were met by Matt the owner and he advised the best place to park our car and where the local facilities were. It was value for money and way better than staying in a hotel.

The roads surrounding the neighbourhood are quite narrow, so we had to search a while for a suitable parking space a few yards down the road. But this fact had very little impact on our holiday.

The interior of this cottage was in an impeccable condition. It was very comfortable and the kitchen contained most of the utensils necessary for everyday cooking. This included electrical facilities such as state of the art oven, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, etc. Fitted (as new) carpeting, and adequate heating, in all rooms. The rooms were furnished to an amply sufficient, good quality standard, including the bed. The bathroom fittings appeared to be brand new and of high quality.

Parking can be a bit of an issue but it’s not a deal breaker. But this will be changing shortly.

This was a fantastic little place to stay, everything worked as is it should, it was clear and tidy and owners are next door should you need them. we will be going back again!

Everything!! it was comfortable, very clean and felt like home as soon as you walked through the door. Matt was very friendly and explained everything. I had no issues but could tell that nothing would have been to much trouble if there was any questions.

A shame there wasn’t an outdoor space and no fan (it was rather hot at night even with all the windows open)

It was a lovely little place in a beautiful area. The hosts were very welcoming and even though we were late they were very accommodating. There was a fully equipped Kitchen which was perfect for us and a lovely dining/living area which we enjoyed. There really wasn’t much we could complain about we had a lovely stay and would visit again.

The parking off road

Bed, Wonderful apartment, super clean, Matthew was very nice, friendly and helpful. When we arrived we thought we were the first guest there as is was sparkling clean and new. It's fully aquipt, very comfortable and soft big towel. We were sad to leave after 28 days.

I can honestly say that there wasn't anything I disliked.

This was a great find! I was impressed with how it was presented, the friendliness of the hosts and the facilities. It met our brief fully and made for an excellent base for our stay.
