  “Staff were uninterested and unwelcoming. Apparently there is a spa and WiFi. Nobody mentioned either! Room decor, tired and from the 1990s. Two single beds together is not a comfy double. Tv remote didn't work and £32 for breakfast which wasn't great either. We definitely won't be returning”

  “The hotel is located off a roundabout on the A388 and was very well located for the business I was doing. Staff were polite and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, with free in room Wi-Fi. The food was good in the evening. Breakfast from 07.00am, was buffet style. Checking out was easy. I would highly recommend The St Mellion Estate and would definitely stay here again.”
