Rooms very tight and can only sit down on bed

Not a lot - it did what it advertised. The internet could probably have been with been a little quicker but that just meant that I read instead of watching netflix which is probably no bad thing anyway.

It does exactly what it says on the tin, a no-frills room for the night. Fulfilled the purpose and allowed me be where I needed to be. The staff were welcoming and pleasant. The room was adequate to the task and I felt safe. No complaints

No WiFi in the rooms which is reflected in the price but it was a bit tricky as there was no signal in the room either to use 4g

Lovely staff, they helped us change our booking with no problem and no extra charge when we had accidentally booked the wrong date! Lovely room, comfortable with everything you need

Air conditioning didn’t work so the room smelt mouldy as it has no windows to allow air flow.

Perfect for a quick stay. Bed and bathroom were clean! The staff were great and helpful for a solo, early check in.

The mattress was pretty hard - I personally prefer sleeping on something softer so it was like sleeping on concrete for me. As a result, I didn't get the best night's sleep. We were only provided with two pillows on the bed and I like to sleep on two myself so found it too flat (although we did request an additional pillow for the second night and they sorted it and brought it to our room in no time at all, so that was lovely).

The staff were incredibly friendly and pleasant, they greeted us every time we entered or exited which was nice. They assured us that nothing was too much trouble and there was someone on reception all the time, should either of us have needed anything. The room itself was small, which we expected, but was enough for the two of us and the shower was more than adequately sized.

The sink was dirty with hairs in it. Dirty towels didn’t get collected when given fresh ones so ended up with 6 towels in our room and no where to hang them up. No lift so very difficult to lug suitcases and bags up and down the stairs. Other people were very loud when walking past our room and stood outside the door talking

The sheets and towels had some stains

Good value for money. Is well kept with nice facilities. You get what you pay for - good for the money. WiFi is shocking and it's a shame the majority of rooms don't have windows but it's comfortable and a place to rest your head.

Bigger bathroom. Not enough space to move around but for a few nights it's fine as you can use the room to dry and put on clothes. And again dor the price you can't expect a massive bathroom. Stayed here before and bathroom was larger so suppose depends on the room you get.

Great location, for the price you can't complain about the room. It's small and basic but has everything you need and is comfortable for the price you are paying. I would prefer to stay here compared to a travelodge.

The only downside is that my mattress in room 29 was uncomfortable because it was worn (dipping in areas) and the springs were protruding in areas. otherwise my stay would have been excellent.

Staff were very attentive and friendly. Plus they couldn't do enough for you.
