We went to our room and you could push the window open and shut from the outside as the window lock was broken, in all fairness the lady on Reception said its no problem and asked did we want to move to a different room.

The lady on reception was very polite and helpful and very accommodating, I travelled with 2 children for a dance competition, room was clean and comfortable and definitely good value for money.

Above my bedroom window there must of been a birds nest from 4.30 every morning there was banging and scratching and birds walking about squaking so we were very tired with lack of sleep for the days we were there

Tired and in need of decoration. Mouldy bathroom ceiling and external corridors that smelt of damp dog.

Convenient location and very late check in available. Susan who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Facilities on site for food if you’re not fussy.

Unfortunately my stay was massively distrupted by the occupants next door who could be heard talking ALL night! Even with my TV on they could still be heard (probably due to thin walls but they was pretty loud) . Had to find the night manager in the end to ask them to keep the noise down as they were still talking at 4am!! Needless to say I didn't get much sleep, probably managed about 2hrs. Unfortunately this would put me off staying again

Room was fine, a few little issues like toilet difficult to flush & I struggled to lock the door. Bed was comfortable & room spacious enough for my needs. Location was fine with amenities just next door. Staff lovely, especially Jackie who checked me in & James the night manager

No hot water! Particularly disappointing as there was a bath rather than a shower, which I prefer.

The reception staff were absolutely terrific. I am on crutches currently and they went by far above and beyond to help me. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The stand-in concierge was very professional and friendly. She explained how she was just covering for the usual manager due to illness. She could t have been more helpful. Location is great and very useful for tired drivers.

I couldn't lock the door for love nor money so I had to ask the cleaner. There's a weird trick to it I couldn't get. Think it says more about me than the hotel though. No breakfast option but you're a 60 second walk from the main services so it's fine.

The rooms were large and clean. The shower had great pressure. Free parking close to the main door. The hotel is in between the main services and the petrol station, so it's not hard to find.
