Everything was perfect.

Beautiful property with a fantastic garden and a big swimming pool. Quiet surroundings. We had a large apartment with the terrace with view over the garden and swimming pool as well as the sea view. The hosts were very welcoming, provided us with all necessary information about the property, the local area, beaches, restaurants etc. There is a supermarket about 900 m from the property. It is best to have a car here as the property is located a little aside, so in order to get to the town or the beaches, it is recommended to have a car or at least - a motorbike.

Location great, easy 1.5 miles to Tavira and good supermarket 0.3 miles . Rural location with beautiful garden and lovely pool. Hosts were super helpful and made us very welcome. Good restaurant recommendations. Great value!!

no English language channels on TV whereas all other accommodations had lots of them.

Manager met us on arrival and explained everything. The studio was a good size and modern with a good kitchen and bathroom, nice hot water. Good large bed. Good wifi. Balcony was nice. Quiet . Lovely big garden and pool area. Secure gated accommodation and parking. Good supermarkets just few minutes drive away.

The hosts were very kind and thoughtful. Nerinder brought a light when I was using barbecue in the evening to light the area, even without any ask from me - awesome. The place was nice a pleasent, nice pool and place.

It was very clean, quiet and spacious with a lovely view. We had a rental car so it was convenient and close to restaurants, shopping and the ocean beach. A lovely retreat after sightseeing and driving in very busy areas of Portugal.

Nothing. Probably best to have a car though as a bit out of town to walk in...but that's why it's so peaceful.

The actual property itself was great. We only stayed for a few days so our needs were met. The local town in Tavira, was pleasant with some nice restaurants and bars. My only criticism would be that many of the restaurants are quite similar, so it would have been nice to see more diversity in regard to places to eat and drink.

This great guesthouse came with a lovely pool and gorgeous garden. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided us with a booklet that answered all questions we may have had regarding restaurants, beaches, tourist attractions, and info on the property. We had a studio apartment with a balcony and the area itself was quiet and well situated from the road so it was quiet and a great place to relax and chill.

This is a really special property. We had a garden facing apartment which was really spacious with a bbq, big outside table and our own private loungers. It looked out over the beautiful garden which Andrea tends to and there are orange trees that you can go and pick fresh fruit from. The best Oranges I have ever tasted! It's so peaceful and quiet. All you can hear is birdsong which is the same by the pool. It's totally relaxing with really comfortable sun beds. Other guests had cars (lots of parking at the property) but we did everything by foot. The local supermarket was 10 minutes walk away with a fresh fish and meat counter, bakery, pharmacy and everything you'd need. My friend arrived by bus and it took her about 25 minutes to walk from there. Town was no more than a 30 minute walk where there are loads of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. It's on the river and is really stunning. The ferry to the island where the beach is takes only 15 minutes to get to. I couldn't have had a better week away. I was able to fully switch off and relax. The hosts were super friendly, accommodating and helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday! I'll be back.

The air conditioning was turned off but can fully understand the need to conserve energy and it was not the height of the season albeit unseasonably hot.

An extremely well run accommodation that felt like a home from home. Exceptionally friendly owners who could not do enough to help, not to mention the invitation to help yourself to the abundance of fresh oranges and lemons from the orchard. They even included an electric juicer!!

The property was further from downtown than the 1.5 km indicated on Bookings.com along a road that had no real shoulders for walking. We did not feel safe walking into town.

The apartment is spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The furnishings exceeded expectations with regard to their quality. The hosts were delightful and helpful.
