Walls between the rooms seem very thin. The noises from the adjacent bathroom (human and mechanical) were rather too loud and clear. Too far to walk to the main area of the town, but that's my fault for not checking properly, no criticism of the hotel.

Very modern, bright, clean and comfortable hotel with plenty of free parking. Within walking distance of a really big retail park. Check in staff couldn't have been more helpful and cheerful. I'd definitely stay again.

Many fuel cars park in the EV charging bays, this blocks the chargers for guests who need to used the facility during their stay. the carpark need to be monitored better to prevent this.

The single room was basic with a view of the car park. The room was stiflingly hot. I had to turn the rad off and open the window.

The food and service was exceptional.

The bed was a little uncomfortable due to the mattress being firm.

There was quite a bit of dust on the ceiling above the radiator in the room but that is being very fussy as on the whole the place was very clean.

The room was lovely, the bed very comfy and the shower brilliant. The food was really excellent. The reception team was very helpful, the breakfast woman less so.

Stayed for 2 nights, first night the room was cold and just couldn't heat it up. Wasn't an issue as I was out until late evening that night. Work going on outside my room on what looks like building a new block with more rooms?

The corridors and room decor were very clean, fresh and modern. Plenty of free parking available. Bar and restaurant on site, but can't comment as I didn't use either Staff were really helpful when I needed to extend my stay by 1 night, keeping the same room

Staff were really friendly. The hotel was very busy ( too many people for my liking) but the bar and restaurant staff worked really well as a team, under great pressure. One girl even asked us if we would like to move to a quieter corner. Unprompted. That is consideration for guests. Really well done. And a bright and young team.

Heard a lot of noise outside my room early in the morning but managed to drop off again , found out later that there was construction going on & they are extending another part to the hotel which I’m sure will be great when finished, so only to be expected that you would hear noise , didn’t put me off though.

I didn’t have breakfast but had lunch which was nice & reasonably priced, the hotel was lovely the way it was decorated, spotless, the room was great , plenty of space , the bathroom was very big & beautiful, the bed & pillows were nice & soft & very comfortable, everything spotless, stayed for one night after a wedding at Balbirnie House , I have booked for another night at the end of month & hoping to come back to one or two of there events which sounds great , the staff were all very nice , the guy at reception who let us in early hours of the morning was very friendly , sorry can’t remember his name as I had a few drinks , lol , Kim on reception desk next morning was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for her & very easy to speak to , the girls in the bar were also nice , couldn’t fault the hotel, enjoyed my stay & look forward to going back at the end of the month . Plenty of parking outside the hotel & it’s free so it’s an added bonus .

Breakfast. Poor effort considering the lovely food we had the previous evening. Very surprised about the limited and rather mundane choices for breakfast.
