The bathroom was functional but a bit dated and the toilet was almost coming off the wall but it was all clean and we didn't have an issue. Sofa bed wasn't the comfiest but that's just how they are.

Great communication from the accommodation to ask how we'd like our rooms set up. Personalised letter from reception on arrival as they weren't there ot greet us which we were happy with - it's self catering so we just got on with it!

Location is excellent. Apartment was comfortable and met our needs. We had an issue with the smoke alarm in Boxing Day and the owner came out and sorted it which was very much appreciated Main bedroom is beautiful and was lovely to open balcony doors

Tracy was extremely kind and most welcoming. The house location is amazing. It was perfect for our 4 girls. We had a blast! Highly recommend!!!

Property was perfect for what we required lovely little touches with the tea, coffee and milk on arrival.

The bathroom/shower were both a little on the small side

We thought the location was great. Our studio flat was very clean and nicely presented and we appreciated the 'welcome' items. The bed was extremely comfortable and we were grateful to be offered (without asking for!) a late departure.

Honestly, nothing

This stay was a special one for my elderly parents to visit their granddaughter and great-grandchildren. Even before we arrived the hosts were very understanding and accommodating with regard to my mum’s illness. The beds were arranged exactly as we asked and they made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

At times, the internect connection disconnected, and we had to wait a couple of minutes to reconnect. No frying pan.

The apartment was spacious with two balconies. It was clean. The location was nice near to a beautiful beach. There are plenty of free spaces at the front of the hotel where you can park. The price for our stay was really good and we would stay again 🙂

The room we stayed in was next to the parking facility so a bit noisy in the morning . Would have preferred to have had a first floor accommodation overlooking the sea. However on saying that it would not stop us booking this accommodation again albeit requesting a different room.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Bus stops within a few minutes of the accommodation was a bonus as this allowed easy access to other parts of Jersey. St Ouen’s bay was fantastic and Sands Cafe which was part of the accommodation was lovely . Food was excellent and staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Vicky the accommodation manager was a delight and was always helpful and friendly too.

More comfy chairs needed - one settee for 3 is not really adequate. Also chairs and table for sitting out on the balcony. Kitchen equipment was lacking - no frying pan but 4 steamers!

Shower was great, even though the shower head wouldn’t stay in place. Spacious apart from small bedroom which was cramped. Great location. Clean apartment.

Nothing really . Just one or two minor maintenance issues which the owners are aware of and are presently in hand to be dealt with .

Beautiful Location. Scenic views from apartment over the bay . Clean and accommodation and comfortable beds Manager Vicky was very welcoming kind and helpful and added some kind little personal touches to my Granddaughters bedroom Frozen blanket and towel which she loved .

I found the shower very small indeed and was not ideal for a larger person. Missing a brush in the apartment

The property was located in an ideal location close to the beech and other facilities and restaurants and was only a short drive into the next Town/Village by car or by bus

Terrace so small that it was difficult to access from main room - needed to squeeze out in order to sit on terrace. Terrace table on a slant, making drinks slide.

Location next to the sea and Wetland trust, and next to bus stop. Very quiet and peaceful. Very comfortable bed. Well-equipped kitchen area.

There was not one thing we didn't like. We loved the open space and the walking.

Brilliant stay at Discovery Bay, Vicky, bent over backwards to help with various tasts, like shopping and helping with bags, timetable for buses very informative about the island.

Location was glorious, peaceful and bus routes right outside. Accommodation was well kept and clean and had everything needed for our family. The hosts were great with their communication and they even added a lovely little touch of making the younger children's beddings based on there gender which was a great hit with the kids. Can't recommend this place enough.

Some of the quirks of the plumbing but the owners are working on these!

Discovery Bay is right on the coast but quite close to the airport. The view is beautiful and the sunsets amazing. It is a little remote (not a local shop) and so you need to be prepared but we liked not being in the town and having the beach literally on the doorstep. The apartment was very clean and neatly organised.
