Our room the underfloor heating didn’t turn off so the room was very hot even with the air con on. The other room we found glass on the floor - which wasn’t ideal given my son was crawling around and the couch was full of very strange looking stains which was a bit off putting. The room service menu after 9:30 is also very limited.

One of the rooms was really nice and spacious but the other was quite small and cramped which was strange given they were the same type of room. The staff were amazingly kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was very accommodating as we were travelling with a small dog and a baby.

Upgraded to cinema room. Was not worth the money. Very tired, part of the tv unit hanging off. Surround sound speakers did not work. Obviously a problem with heating as a plug in one left in middle of room. Really needs some TLC, should not be sold as a Cinema Stuie. It's just a normal TV in a small room. No wow factor and didn't feel like a cinema at all.

Bedroom was amazing, roll top bath extra bonus!! Location was amazing. Dined at the Bistro and would highly recommend dinner and breakfast.

The room I stayed in was unfortunately inaccessible by the elevator, which posed a challenge for me, especially when I had a heavy bag. I couldn't help but feel guilty as the workers kindly assisted me with my luggage. Moreover, the sound insulation in the rooms seemed inadequate, as I could hear noises from neighboring rooms as if the occupants were physically present with me. Even the slightest disturbance, such as housekeeping dropping something in the adjacent room, resulted in a knocking sound that startled me awake on numerous occasions during the night.

The staff are amazingly helpful and supportive. I faced an issue with my AC and they fixed it remotely, this doesn’t even happen in a five star hotel !

The staff aren’t the nicest kind, especially ladies at the check in weren’t very welcoming. You will feel hesitant to ask for information as if it is a burden. The gentleman at the check out was a lot kinder.

The hotel is walking distance to many attractions, including punting. The room had cute little tub, also a shower, and the heated floor was very cosy.

Noisy ventilation system in room even when turned off. Curtains were very thin and outside lights shone through. No coffee or tea in the room - reception organised complimentary coffee from the bistro. Parking is tricky.
