The room was dusty. Cleaning could have been done better. I couldn't even open the windows to het some fresh air inside. I had to ask the staff to get it done for me.

The receptionist Darren did an exceptional job. He was very attentive and when in need of something regarding the room, he took action immediately.

I loved the view from my window

The view from the window was not particularly inspiring. I was not impressed with the complicated vending machine with expensive drinks and expensive snacks. Generally, I noticed quite a steep increase in price compared to my last visit, with less product for the money.

I have stayed here before because it is reasonably close to all the areas I go to when I visit Newcastle. I liked the accommodating staff. The room that I was initially placed in was damp, very small, and the bed, very close to the end wall with little room for manoeuvre. It was not what I expected for the price i paid. I was kindly moved to a different room, which was a little bigger and more comfortable.

Booked a room with no window to get a cheaper rate, no real fault of the hotel but would not book this type of room again - stuffy, unnatural and air con doesn't bring enough air into the room.

I wish there was a kettle in the room but understand this is more of a want than a need.

My partner and myself stayed at easyHotel after a concert we were at in the O2. This hotel is in the ideal location and is easy to walk straight into town. When we arrived check-in was easy and very fast. The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were okay, not the most comfortable I've ever stayed on but great for one night. Check-out was also fast and easy when we left. The staff at easyHotel were nice and were kind enough to let me back into our room an hour after check-out due to me leaving something. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a good room at a good price near to the centre.

I think I was a good stay but pillows should be improved because they are to soft and you don't feel pillow when you sleep you fell the matrace.

This hotel is a budget hotel obviously, so you get what you pay for, we were having a day and night in town hence the price point was perfect for us. We obviously weren't looking for luxury so this was perfect

Staff were very unattentive on check out. One was in the back room on her mobile and the rest (about 3 staff) were outside smoking in front of the hotel. Not very professional. There was also a green light in the room that kept me awake all the first night and no phone in the room to ring down to reception so would of had to get dressed to get anything sorted. There was some inconsiderate guests who made lots of noise in the corridors.

The room was bigger than I was expecting. The bed was very comfortable and I was on the first floor which was easily accessed.
