Why are the beds so high in hotels Bit noisy at front as people meeting up and chatting ect until after 1 o clock in morning

They advertise that they have a free shuttle service to the Resorts centre.. They don't, it's ubers only. In fact they have no free shuttles anywhere. You have to pay for the hotel car park, I never think customers should be charged for a car park they are staying at a hotel for. The staff are a bit snobby faced at reception, no smiling back or friendly chatty people skills. Bar staff were better. Food that you can purchase is way overpriced, make sure you bring your own food from a supermarket rather than paying for it there.

Rooms are nice and clean with good air conditioning or heating. Access to a bar area, breakfast was included which is good. Good distance to the resorts centre which is where we wanted to go. Short taxi ride.

We were extremely disappointed, along with many other guests to arrive for breakfast - which when booking was served until 10.30am and also stated in the lifts (Sunday morning and bank holidays) - to arrive at 10 and told by a very rude member of housekeeping that breakfast finished at 10 - when we - and several other guests said that booking and lifts stated 10.30 she shrugged her shoulders and walked away . Another member of staff then told us more politely and that we could help ourselves - 2 sausages remaining and 1 rasher of bacon .. we had paid for breakfast and were really disappointed but also the attitude of the First lady was very rude and abrupt , there were at least a dozen other guests who this affected . It’s was such a disappointing end to a lovely stay .

Staff were all very helpful and really friendly except one lady . Hotel was clean , great location for world resorts arena which we were attending for a concert.

Staff weren’t the friendliest, would be nice to be greeted with a smile at reception. The parking is a bit of a con, charged at £12 per 24 hours - if you were staying more than a night it would be very pricey. At breakfast, they could have done with some more fruits to have with the yoghurt and the option of granola would have been nice! The mixed berries seemed as though they had only just been defrosted with some parts still frozen.

Breakfast was great - especially for the price of the room. Sausages, bacon, egg & beans as well as lots of coffee options and pastries. Very impressed there was soya milk as a dairy alternative. Comfortable beds and all the basics needed for a standard basic room.

I think as a guest the parking should have been comped, £12 for parking was a bit steep. Breakfast was ok, though I had to question the orange juice being orange it was weird. Otherwise it was good and the staff are wonderful

Just 2 small things: Air conditioning unit leaked on to carpet in room causing damp smell - no one’s fault so didn’t mention to staff. Tv would have been better on wall.
