The room and bathroom were beginning to show their age. A bit of maintenance and a new lick of paint would likely have massively improved things. The card reader on the door of my room was a bit temperamental (and the cards themselves were mifare classic cards so could benefit from an upgrade purely for the security benefits).

Room was adequate for what I needed and location was within walking distance of Victoria station. Overall cleanliness was good and the staff were quick and professional. The hotel and surrounding area were quiet and allowed for food deliveries too.

It was very hot (upper floor) and the inability to open the window wider to ventilate!!!Sagging mattress, poor cleaning of the room.

Cant complaint much to be honest if you are looking for a cheap and affordable place on a last minute plan.

Great location if you want to be close to the train and coach station. Walking distance to Buckingham Palace. Ideal for a night or two if you are on the move.

The room looks, and it is, quite shabby. There are stains from coffee mugs on the table so it looks quite disgusting. The bathroom is very, very small so I think a larger person (corpulent) wouldn't fit. Also the stairs were quite steep (what was no problem for us). Too small kitchen sink, way too small.

The room was very clean although it seemed otherwise. The beds were very comfy and the street was quiet at night. The hotel itself has its charm. All in all, we liked it and it was good enough for us to overnight.

The bathroom was super small, the double bed was two singles put together. Lamps and outlet positionings were awkward for pleasant use. We had a room on the ground floor and we could hear and feel every step of the neighbours from above. Also we saw some bugs in the room.

The location was the best part of the accomodation. There were good stores, bakeries and coffee shops within couples hundred meters of walk. The staff was really helpful all the time.

The rooms are in very poor condition, and very small. The tubes make a lot of noise when someone uses the toilet or the sink or the shower.

I was on the top floor and every time I needed to use the bathroom I had to go all the way downstairs. The hot water in my sink didn't work, the mattress in my room had felt like it was never changed since the hotel opened, the metal bed frame was also severely used as the bars that supported the mattress were bent, and every time I moved it squeaked. The walls must have been made out of papier mâché too because I could hear everything my neighbours were doing.

The location of the hotel in itself was pretty great. I was glad to have a radiator in my room as that kept me warm during one of the colder nights.

Booked single room.with private bathroom BUT given family room with old double bed,no water in the room and cold bathroom.outside the room. Very disappointed.
